I got my eyes checked correctly, new glasses very fast and the service here is incredible! They let me know as soon as my glasses came and helped me order new ones when I lost mine! I’m so glad I found this place:)

If I could give more stars, I would. The location is conveniently located from the Air base and accepts tricare (military insurance). I have ordered all my contacts and had my last eye exam here. Super friendly and they go above and beyond your expectations of customer service! I will only send those who ask about eye exams, glasses or contacts to this establishment. You can’t go wrong here and did I mention the military benefits? I recommend you check them out for all your optical needs.

The experience at Neighborly Optical was exceptional! The staff was friendly and very helpful throughout the whole process from start to finish. I would recommend them to everyone! Professional service that was eager to help in any way. Quick turn around on my prescription for glasses and contacts. I’ll be returning next year for my followup :)

I started going to Neighborly Optical a year ago. Kieth Engram is the Owner/​Manager. Before then, I went to Outer Vision. Never again. The care and service I have received from Neighborly is outstanding. I have since sent many people there.
I even ordered prescription swim Goggles and a Snorkel Mask and they were made and delivered well in time for my recent vacation. They both worked great!
My son even ordered prescription safety glasses for work!
I HIGHLY recommend Neighborly Optical for all of your eye wear needs.
