Great place with competitive prices. They will give you honest advice and not sell you something you don’t need. They are also willing to help you however you need when it comes to working out or nutrition. Mark will get products in there if you need something and Stacey gives one of the most supportive meal plans there are out there. Not only does it work (if you are willing to stick it out for the long haul), but she will support you through the whole thing.

This is the best nutrition store in Charleston! Mark and Stacey are knowledgeable professional body builders. I bought a personal training package deal and I gained 10 lbs of muscle in three weeks. I lost inches off my waist and felt really energetic. Stacey designed a nutrition plan that was perfect for my needs. I would recommend Performance Nutrition to anyone that’s serious about getting into shape for any event. They offer a military discount and have lots of different products ranging from protein supplements to pre work out drinks. I like this store way better than vitamin shoppe, gnc or palmetto nutrition.
