I have been to Ruby Tuesdays before it has been one of my favorite restaurants. It’s reasonably priced the food taste good and the customer service is good. I have never had any problems and they keep the environment clean.

I can’t with all conscience give this restaurant any stars. My husband and I went tonite for what we thought was going to be an enjoyable dinner. It didn’t turn out that way. We both ordered the Triple Prime Burgers. Mine with cheese and my husbands with bacon and cheese. He had the grilled zucchini as his side and I asked for onion rings. We both stressed well done burgers! We also added the salad bar with ice teas. Salad bar was ok. Iced tea glass was rather small than most but ok. Then the food. The onion rings came. One bite, stale old grease which you could actually smell. My husband’s zucchini sat in what looked like a puddle of grease as well. Next the burgers. Mine came with no cheese. It was put together as if in a hurry and then thrown together. I cut it in half. Well, blood runneth over. My husbands burger was worse than mine. A few minutes later the Waitress came. We expressed we no longer wanted these meals and wanted to leave. She said she would get the manager. After a 15 or more minute wait we were about to leave and the young manager came. What can I do for you? Nothing we both chatted. We are leaving. She proceeds to tell us she will get our check for our teas. I said really. Then there was a little discussion of our disappointment. She finally accepted we were leaving and we did. Now I would like to tell you how special Ruby Tuesday’s is to us. 15 years ago in Colorado Springs, CO my husband proposed to me. The staff there had helped him plan a special meal as a surprise. It was our favorite place to go. We haven’t been to a Ruby Tuesday’s here in Charleston. Tonite was our first and last time. We will just keep our memories of what Ruby Tuesday’s used to be.

This Ruby Tuesday gets three stars only because their staff is usually pleasant. However the chefs here really need to understand how pepper should be used. The food is always over seasoned, almost to the point that you can’t eat it. Make sure to order two glasses of water at a time because they are not that quick to refill and you will need it. Salad bar is small, however it is fresh.

Hot garbage. You are better off wiping your ass with a 50 dollar bill and eating it than wasting your money here. No lettuce, ranch or croutons at the salad bar, no biscuit mix, the sweet tea tastes like ditch water. The sauce that my GF got on her steak tastes like vomit. Unless you are extremely masochistic do not do this to yourself.

Only go here as a last resort. Ordered my usual chicken buffalo sandwich with grilled zuchini to go. When I got home… I realized they had packed the zuchini and the sandwich in the same container, so the bread was soggy.(I live literally less than 10 minutes away) Also, it’s supposed to be a full chicken breast, I received 2 chicken tenders with barely any sauce, a wilted and halfway brown piece of lettuce, with mayo. Usually I get blue cheese. This is the third time I’ve tried this place due to location, and there is always an issue. So this is the last time. Go to King Street Grille… have yet to be disappointed there.

My hotel is next door and I managed to avoid coming here for 3 days. Figured i would try it out. Got a sirloin with mashed potatoes and baked macaroni for somewhere around $ 20. Macaroni was garbage, steak was over and potatoes were cold. Fuck this place.

This will be short and sweet… we’ll never go back. Bartender didn’t honor the«special» on the window… and then she wasn’t the most pleasant to be at the bar with. No second chance with us. Picture of the«special» will be posted here…

This is a decent Ruby Tuesdays and wasn’t crazy about the bland salad bar. The Other menu items looked good and have had them before but Not here. The waitress was terrific though! I may go there tomorrow and have their bacon stir ribs which is awesome!

The only good thing I can say about this place is that it was close to my hotel. My meal tasted as if it was purchased and prepared from a grocery store frozen food section. Service was also lacking. I don’t know… just didn’t have a great experience here… sorry :-(

Easy walk from LaQuinta. I had not eaten in a Ruby Tuesday’s in some time and was pleasantly surprised. Salad bar was well stocked but the sliced mushrooms were well past their time. Shrimp and grits very good. There are many versions of this classic dish and this was a good one. Long Island Iced Tea was reasonably priced and excellent. Service was quite good, maybe a little too attentive but not excessive.

Worst Rubys I’ve ever been to. Our server was great but he was the only redeeming thing. Salad plates were very dirty and salad bar didn’t look fresh. Ordered the top sirloin and it had a really off taste to it. Usually never have a problem with Ruby Tuesdays.

Worst Ruby Tuesday’s ever! We were sat at a dirty table that looked to have a booger on it. There were smashed French fries on the floor. It was hot as hell as we were sat by the windows. We asked to be moved. The host apologized and sat us elsewhere. Not a big deal but definitely didn’t make a good impression. At the new table, we had no menus and no silverware so my husband got up went to our old table grabbed our menus and got silverware from another table. Our waiter was nice but it seemed to be his first day waiting on anyone. He seemed lost. My husband had a bacon cheeseburger that didn’t have bacon and was served on wheat bread, for which he did not ask. My flatbread had a soggy crust and we had a fun time making sure our food didn’t slide off the table which was very slanted. The only thing I liked about this place was the amazing whiskey sour that the bartender made. It was literally the best I’ve ever had. I’m glad we won’t ever be at this one ever again as we were only visiting.

While visiting Charleston I stopped by Ruby’s once or twice a week. I like Ruby’s for a few reasons but the largest is definitely the salad bar. Its stocked really well and has a very nice selection of dressings, pasta salads, and of course vegetables. Most of the food I’ve had here is pretty good but sometimes borders on a really small portion size. Thats usually ok with me because I can just fill up on the salad but others might be disappointed. Sit at the bar if you want fast service and a little bit of tv. Service at the tables was much slower than the bar the few times I had to sit at a table.

Went here an hour or so before the dinner rush one evening and although the restaurant was a bit empty the service was still a bit slow. When the server did appear she did fill the tables needs right away. The food came out rather quickly but was not as tasty as expected. I had the barbecue bacon burger with broccoli and fries, the burger was decent but the broccoli was less than fresh. I do like that they have many different lemonade options. If given the chance I may go back again.

I’ve been here several times for the salad bar. Each time I’ve found the salad bar well-stocked, clean, and full of choices. The spinach and all the fixin’s are always fresh(the rest of the greens appear to be as well), the staff is very friendly, and the price is exactly on par with every other type of American chain restaurant of this style. The thing that pushed my review from 3 to 4 stars, though, is the quality of the Long Island Iced Tea that I received. It actually had liquor in it, it was delicious, and it only cost $ 5. Every now and then I order a Long Island at a chain restaurant and fully expect it to be terrible… I don’t know why, perhaps it’s a morbid curiosity and wish to waste what usually ends up being 10 extra bucks on the bill. Of the chains I’ve been to, their Long Island is by far the best. Perhaps I got lucky and you can bet I’ll be re-sampling next time I visit. I will say, however, that if you’re in the mood for a good quality steak, this isn’t your place. It shouldn’t be a surprise, but we’re not talking quality cuts here. Have a chicken quesadilla, the garden bar, and a long island… roughly 20 dollars, including tip, for a solid meal. Win.

So good… not your average appetizers with a healthy twist. Been to the one in summerville and in north charleston and both are good. Biscuits are the bomb and service is good.

Random, I know, but our meal here was delicious. The new spaghetti squash was just perfect — hot and so much flavor.

In terms of chains, I’m always a fan of Ruby Tuesdays, mostly for the salad bar. Got the sliders. Bland, but I only got them because they were a dollar more than the salad bar itself. Service was super friendly. I’d be back for my roughage fix!
