The North Charleston office has to be an over site by Sentry corporate offices! Spencer is unbareable to work with, rude, talks over you, disrespectful and does not represent the values noted on Sentry’s web page! The club house AC unit has been broken for months, the lots are over grown, the sprinklers at the club house are broken the weeds around the pond are out of control the list goes on. The one common theme through out our development is Spencer’s treatment towards the residents and lack of service. Our small community of residents started meeting monthly to demand another property management service. Enough is enough! People live in an HOA for a specific reason
