I enjoyed our stay at the resort. We had a lovely time at the condo. It was immaculate and well equipped. I can’t wait to go back again. My nephews are eagerly awaiting our next trip to the mountains!

I have no idea what others are talking about with their reviews. We loved it here. The place is HUUUGE(we were in unit 6, which could have easily slept 9+ people). Our beds were great … nice and firm, and I slept well. The dishes and pots and pans were fine, and we ate in several nights and every morning. The units are spread out, but that makes for nice evening walking. It’s away from downtown, but you can be there in under 5 minutes. This makes it super quiet and peaceful, while still able to get down to the village or the shopping or Cranmore or the road north on 16, incredibly easy to get to. Could there be improvements? Sure. Would have liked an HDTV in the bedroom, or HBO. Some of the light switches were odd, and the master bedroom could really have used some lights. But we loved it and will definitely be back.

Well just like other reviews this place is no resort! I will give it a two star cause the units are big! I have a 3 bedroom unit and it is all outdated, yes the kitchen is stocked but try and cook with the pans everything sticks(very cheap) handles are wiggling. The deck is nasty all spider webs and some boards are cracking, this place is really so run down! Carpet smells the sofa is just nasty we did not even wanted to sit on it, the beds are horrible not comfortable at all! Our basement smells like water damage and you can hear the dehumidifier running. It also has a ping pong table and all but one paddle was broken. I called the woman at the desk and all she said is «what would you like me to do about that» give me some new ones, oh sorry we don’t have any, we will order them and put them in the unit when we get them in, well the same unit another year and guess what they are still broken and only one is hanging on! Well you have no problem taking our money! All I can say I have a week in July as a time share and I have three young kids that love the white mountains but time to find a new place! The units have NOAC try that when it is humid and hot omg! The woman at the desk is kinda snooty she said lots of people complain about this but the owners are not sure how to fix it as the ceilings are vaulted, REALLY put AC in you get more than enough money! I was also told it is cooler up hear and you will be fine from a older lady behind the desk, sure say that while your AC is on high!!! One year we left two days early cause it was way to humid, and really it is not relaxing when it is hot and humid trying to sleep watch tv at night! Stay somewhere else just not hear! Save yourself a headache and find another unit;)

My parents have an RCI timeshare and this resort was booked through that. Me my parents and a friend spent a long weekend up here in North Conway. The grounds were lovely even if you have neighbors you cant see or hear them. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking which is nice to keep the cost of vacationing down. The unit we were in slept 8 people, 4 people privately. It had a master suite upstairs with a Jacuzzi bath, a queen room down stairs, a loft with two twin beds and a sleeper sofa. a second bathroom was downstairs as well. Nice TV and a gas fireplace. They had tennis courts and a pool and hot tub on the grounds. They said they had a basket ball court but it was the saddest thing i have ever seen. The lady behind the desk was accommodating but kind of snooty. the checkout rules are weird if you don’t load the dishwasher or bring your trash to the dumpster they fine you and only the master bedroom had a clock radio in it. Decent, nothing luxurious but nice. Also they said it was walking distence to the main street of north conway but it would be a bit of a hike. its about 1.5 miles away. Very close the cranmore mountain if you like to ski.
