Highly recommend them. I was accidentally locked out of my house last night and desperately needed some assistance and they were there within 20 minutes, and we were back inside soon thereafter. Their fee ($ 130) did not seem that unreasonable given their prompt response, quick action and no damage done (I am positive I would have broken something trying to get in). BUT what really set them apart was that they also answered some questions I had about an old mortise lock I have been having problems with, and provided me some parts I had been unable to locate elsewhere, at no charge (aside from the $ 130).
So the definition for 5 stars is «Woohoo! As good as it gets!» and I definitely said woohoo! when they got me inside, and they are absolutely as good as it gets in my book.
