I have had them out to the house for a few repairs over the years but I have to compliment them on NOT coming out! I called to gauge whether an Asko dishwasher repair would be worth it or not. The rep asked the age of the dishwasher and the issue. He told me that it sounded like a problem which could be solved by removing water from the pan at the base of the dishwasher. He suggested I give it a shot to save a service call. One hour later the dishwasher was running. He could easily have said he’d need to take a look. Instead he helped me help myself. Thanks!

I have gone to the shop twice. Once I needed a part for my washing machine which they odered. It arrived when promised. My next visit was to see if they did repairs. I needed to get my washing machine which would not spin cycle. Appointment was made for a service call. Repairman called before his on time arrival. He was very friendly and professional. Fixed the problem in short order.
I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if necessary.

Fixing my microwave was rather complicated but HAPS came three times, punctually, and, after my carpenter had removed the access panel, they were able to fix it in my kitchen. The price, given the amount of work and number of visits, was reasonable. I recommend HAPS 100%.

My Amana refrigerator stopped refrigerating. Using the power of the internets, I deduced that it was likely the start/​relay capacitor unit. Called around several places and Home Appliance didn’t have the original but had an replacement third-​party unit. Dropped by their tiny store and picked it up. The owner Mike took the time to tell me how to wire up the replacement (it wasn’t a drop-​in OEM). He also tested my capacitor for me and let me know it was working and didn’t need to get replaced. All, in all, a good experience. Would’ve been better if he had stock of the OEM unit, but the replacement is working well enough and I’m back refrigerating! :-)
