If you want to live in a cockroach & bedbug infested shithole full of drug dealers and thieves then this is the place for you.
Vartan is a liar and a swindler. Don’t trust a single word he says.
The so called brand new, newly remodeled apartment he sold us on was full of angry bees, tons of huge cockroaches and bed bugs or fleas when we moved in. Along with the lovely smell of industrial strength bug spray that made us feel extremely Ill. The carpet was soaking wet, we’re supposed to move stuff onto a wet floor?
The prices are insanely high for this shit place. I watched crack deals go down in the 24 hours we lived here.

Well well where do I start hmmm maybe with the constant couches and mattresses at the dumpster outside my apartment … Or how bout the crackheads that Rome the apartments at night. Maybe I’ll start with the girl that burned her boy friends car in the parking lot. Hmmmm no no no there’s more oh so much more. They should sell guns with the apartment but u can get one on the same street. This is a great place to live if u already live here management is trying to do the impossible to turn this place around lol knock knock this is the ghetto that takes 10 years to turn around.
