If I could give negative stars I would. The customer service is atrocious! The sales rep called me «dear» numerous times while completely missing the point of why I was in the store in the first place. The music was so loud you couldn’t hear the person in front of you. The reps were completely ignoring some customers while favoring others. This store shouldn’t be open and T-​Mobile should be aware of what horrible customer service they are being represented by.
They missed out on continued business by being extremely rude and unprofessional. Ridiculous.

I cannot stand the customer service line. I called to get answers and they don’t know anything. It’s very fustrating to repeat yourself many times and the person has no clue. Spoke to an Alsie over the phone and it was ridiculous. I just hung up and said I will call back tomorrow

The brief summary of my experience with this location is as follows. My family was having trouble with dialing a number on all three of our phones so I went to T-​Mobile for help. Instead of helping me, all the employee kept reiterating was that the problem wasn’t with T-​Mobile but with all three of our phones. And of course the remedy was for me to buy a new phone. Not acceptable customer service in the least! I will never go to this location again. I hope this employee will get some sort of reprimand after I call the main company to inform them of my experience. Finally, I would like to add that I witnessed an older gentleman who was also very unhappy with the treatment he was receiving. But that’s not all. Yet another customer a peered to be having difficulties with the service he was receiving. So that’s three separate customers, all having problems with the service at this location. Something better change soon.

Most employees at Tmobile stores are entitled millennials who don’t give a blank about their jobs or the customers who need help.
Layla is either an air head or a pot head. She is so unhelpful and apathetic about everything. I’ve had her «assist» me many times.
Bailey is ALWAYS talking shit about other employees.
It never stops with this store.
I will never go back and I have complained to their corporate offices.
Don’t go here.

I am giving three stars because my service was wonderful. Jesse was personable and efficient even while training. Kacie the manager did nothing but stand around and when asked to transfer my contacts looked like she wanted to throw a fit. Apparently she does not like to do her job while on the clock. From someone who already works in customer service hers was horrible.

Employees are not trained in customer service very well. Seem very self centered and selfish. Gave two stars because on the of Assistant Managers that just transferred in from Verizon was really good and knew how to treat customers. Walked in the store near closing time and was told they can’t help me, systems were down, but there were ~10 other customers in the store still finishing their purchases. Just needed to drop off a test drive phone.

I just want to say thank you to Monte and Art. They both have helped me so much in the past couple weeks and I couldn’t be more appreciative. Their customer service has kept me with tmobile and makes me feel confident in my investment with the company. Thank you again for all your help and working with my situation. It really means alot, one doesn’t find that too often now a days. You guys are doing a great job and have many referrals coming your way :)

I went to upgrade my phone couple days ago and nick came to help me out. At first it was cool. But the he got to pushy. Trying to sell me a case I didn’t want because it wasn’t in my price range. He kept rolling his eyes at me because I guess he thought I was stupid for not buying a case there. Disgusted me! Then I receive a text from T-​Mobile saying that I signed up for jump which I never did. I think that’s unprofessional and cheap. And one more thing for nick. Your at T-​Mobile and not doing real estate, «as u said» is because you can’t sell.

I have been coming to this location for many years and have always recieved exceptional customer service. Yes, you most likely will need to wait in line but it is worth it. During my last visit, Nick P. helped us and he went above and BEYOND to assist us with all the questions we had. He helped my daughter for 2 hours to make a decsion on which phone to upgrade to. He even set up the phone for her and walked her through how to use it. He was extremely patient (even when I had lost my patience with her). I would highly recommend T-​Mobile service and their customer service is always top-​notch!

I love this location OTHER than the lack of parking. I used to live closer to the one on professional drive off Arden wy — WORSE service every time. I moved to carmichael and dreaded going into T-​mobile on Madison expecting the same experience… I have gone in a few times for a various reasons (new phone — or defective phone, etc) and EVERY TIME each of the employees have been awesome. This location is the only one that gets «customer service».

Thanks to pavel for the great customer service ! Definitely come to this T-​Mobile. :) He has good communication and can answer all the questions you have. I just want to add one thing. If youre manager or an assistant manager dont talk to your employees complaining about what they are doing wrong. Do that in your own time. Thats bad management. Aside from work thats disrespectful. One of the ladies here was saying something to her other employees. Like fareal? Quit getting mad and talk to him later not in front of customer’s. I can just feel his pain. It would suck if someone did something like that to me.

Full disclosure: I’m not a T mobile subscriber.
I got stuck at the Starbucks next to this T-​Mobile store when the police shut down the Yolo causeway one Friday morning. My (AT&T) phone ran out of battery and my charger cord was at work. I walked over to the T-​Mobile store and asked if they could help me. Without hesitation, the staff went in the back and lent me a USB charger cord. Didn’t even want me to leave collateral like a drivers license or credit card! Classy!

Have had numerous problems with T-​mobiles customer care. Customer care? They should call it Customer? I dont care. —super appropriate for the company. As soon as my contract is up, Im fleeing back to Verizon. Never ever once did I have an issue with Verizon, and Im kicking myself now for ever leaving them!
