B and B Transportation

Initially, I was very pleased with their service, from the phone help (Angie-​very nice) to the lead mover that showed up at my home to move my belonging. A day after my move, I find that several items are missing from the house, items that were not mine. I called immediately and was instructed to just wait and see if these items had been put in my boxes (all of which were already sealed except one) So, believing that I was dealing with a professional company, I did as instructed.
After finding the items were indeed stolen by the mover, I called the company and Mike instructs me that they are not responsible, that Nick — the main mover– is responsible for the person «he hired to help him»…WHAT? you are sending people into my home that can bring whomever they please to help them???
I called this NICK, since I still had his number in my phone from the move, and he said he ‘didn’t remember’ and that he often hires ‘GUYS OFF OF THE STREET’ TO HELP HIM???
This company is totally irresponsible!!! DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU HAVE NOTHING OF VALUE.
They damaged items and denied responsibility…“you have to document it at the time of delivery…”???
In the end I was promise an email of the names of the movers so I can file a police report… wow… I guess I am too trusting and naïve, and believe that people will be and do what they say.
1-​THEY DO NOT SAY THAT THE MOVERS CAN BRING IN HELP OFF THE STREET THEY DON’T EVEN KNOW.
2-​THEY WILL DENY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CLAIM.
3-​MY COST WAS OVER DOUBLE THE ESTIMATE.

These losers are complete, 100% THIEFS! I went through Colonial Van Lines and they picked this service. They took in my furniture, doubled my estimated price, then refused a re-​weigh. Therfore I am suing them. I wont stop until they are put of of business! DO NOT USE THEM!!! I think Im going to also pay them a visit.

If I could give negative reviews I would. This company has many names, which I wish I had known as it’s sketchy to begin with. The agent with whom I spoke lied to me several times to get me to go with them, and then the agent to whom I was passed off once I chose them had a huge attitude that I was bothering her and was impossible to reach. The person who delivered my goods was actually Oleg Van lines, even though I was assured there would be no subcontracting. He was the worst of the worst– he broke things, dropped things, threatened me, made sexist remarks, stayed in my bathroom for 25 minutes while his worker did all the work, wouldn’t call to tell when he was coming and showed up at 5:30 pm 2 days late and then complained when it got dark. Absolutely the worst moving experience I have ever had– pay more and avoid these guys at all costs!

NO! NO! NO! This company is horrible! «Delivered» my daughters belogings to Arkansas from Seattle, then demanded $ 350 MORE for a «shuttle» (smaller truck) to get into her complex or they would take her goods! Hired some barefoot transients that were hitchiking to help carry her items into her apartment. They replied that the movers was «more confortable» that way. Then I sent them a photo that was taken several days later of an 18 wheeler parked in front of my daughters apartment delivering someone else’s belongings and provided the name of the complex manager to verify. They lied and said they talked to them. They lie and get your money under duress of keeping your goods. STAY AWAY!!!

B & B Transportation (Also known as Everything Moves) moved my furniture from CA to NY. When it arrived it looked like this:
DO NOT use this moving company. Not only have they lied on many occasions and told me they were sending me a check for the damage. They also changed their name from Everything Moves to B & B transportation services because they had a horrible grade with the Better Business Bureau
In addition to destroying my furniture and not compensating me – They also made a quote then went over it. The intimidated my elderly mother on the pick up and demanded money (it was already paid). They then said they could not deliver on our street and demanded more money for a smaller vehicle. I sent them a google earth shot of a semi on our street which they ignored.
They then publicly lied to the BBB stating that they sent me a check. A year later they contacted me again and said they were sending me a check (and never did). Then they ignored my emails and calls. They said they were ‘licensed and insured’. That means if furniture is damaged they can use insurance to pay for it. Not only
have I not received compensation for the damage — they also contacted me asking me to take down complaints.
Do not use this moving company!
