Today I had a colonoscopy. Afterward, I rode home in an Impulse non-​emergency ambulance, and it was a great experience! Many people (me included!) hesitate to undergo a colonoscopy, because they don’t have loved ones who can drive them home afterward. You cannot drive after a colonoscopy, because you’re under sedation. Impulse Ambulance Service was the perfect solution. They showed up at the hospital at time, delivered me from Mission Hills to Sherman Oaks in a flash, took my vitals and escorted me into my home, all with great friendliness and professionalism. Yes, they’re more expensive than a taxi service. But if you have no other option, they’re worth it.
