I’ve used Best Ride since 2007 and have never had a problem with this company. Their service is the best bar none. The drivers are courteous, polite, friendly, and professional. They always pick me up on time so I am not late for my appointments, unless of course, there is an accident or something stopping the traffic on the freeway. The owner is always interested in feedback, good or bad, and he takes the remarks to heart. You can’t find a better transportation company in the San Fernando Valley, I know I’ve tried other transportation companies and they couldn’t hold a candle next to Best Ride.
