Convenient when parking in the building and the guys are friendly. However, the quality is quite low. The last two times, the side mirrors were smeared and I had to wipe them clear.

Brought my car in for a interior detail in the morning before work and picked it up 6 hrs later and I can see the time spent on the car. All dirty leather and interior stains were cleaned and removed. Very satisfied and I will be back!

I’ve had my car cleaned by mirror image a few times. For the prices they charge you would expect an immaculate job and that is never the case. They do as quick and half a** job. I can personally do a better cleaning job on my car for free.
The only thing they got going for them is the convenience because they are located in our building.

This place is located in the visitor’s parking structure adjacent to the NBCUniversal building. I’ve always had a good experience with them and my car is always spotless when I get it back. What’s great is they wash, detail, and cleaning is done all indoors so the sun cannot leave water marks after the wash.
The wash for each car is also done by hand, so you don’t have to worry about getting those irritating scratch marks that happens from the dirt buildup from those places that use machines.
