Poorly managed. Came here yesterday to pick up pizza that should have been ready. But I was told that they were backed up. I completely understood since it was during the Super Bowl. I waited while the line got longer and longer. There was no help for the young man in front. It ended up taking 35 more minutes until it was done. If Pizza Hut indicates it’ll take 15 minutes for takeout — then that’s exactly how long it should take.

Horrible pizza. I will never order from this location the Hawaiian was really bad. I wont recommend it to anyone and the stuffed crust super supreme was worse

The cashiers are always very nice & quick about getting their customers in & out. I usually pick up from this location because it’s literally around the corner from my house & the wait is about 15 minutes from ordering to pickup versus 45-​an hour for delivery. This last pizza I got was excellent – fresh from the oven, perfectly crispy pepperoni, delicious extra cheese, & stuffed crust. Magnifico!

No matter how good or bad service and food is, no one should purchase from a franchise that won’t honor the company’s deals. This particular Pizza Hut will not honor the NATIONWIDE $ 11 any pizza deal. I will order from elsewhere even though I really like Pizza Hut…

I’ve used this Pizza Hut twice and I’ve regretted it both times. After telling them Not to ring the door bell and putting a sign on the door what do they do? Ring the door bell at 12am at night and waking the whole house up. Second time (not taking a chance) I waited outside to prevent the house door bell being rang, delivery man pulls up to my quite neighborhood BLASTING music in Spanish causing one of the neighbors to wake up 12am in the evening. And when I told him people are sleeping he laughed and said «ya you’re right people are sleeping».

The customer service here is excellent!!! Delivery was given a day in advance and the pizza showed up on time and hot! The manager and her associates shine at this location! She helped us with a super huge order for our office! Thank you and keep up the great work!!!

Terrible service! I ordered a pizza. It said estimated time was 12:09 AM got there at 12:11 and it still wasn’t ready. The cashier (Esteban, old guy with long hair) said it still wasn’t ready. I waited there more than 20 minutes! Its as if he hadn’t put it in. His excuse was he was the only one when there was clearly 2 other employees helping hom clean. That wasn’t the worst part. When we paid, I asked for cheese, I bought the dinner box and this smart guy gives me 4 packets of cheese! I didn’t order no damn individual size pizza! Da fuck! Its basically 1 packet of cheese for everyone -.-

This place seems to be getting better. Last night I picked up 2 pizzas. They didn’t look like a mess. They were very hot. They looked and smelled good. The service was good. The place was clean.

Everytime I use this pizza hut as a delivery service I reget it after. For tge last 3 times the pizza arives almost cold and takes forever. Ive learned my lesson and will not order from here again. And to top off rhe gross factor my cousin found a hair in his slice!!! I dont know if the use of hairnets or hats is a pizza hut thing but that was disgusting…

THIS PLACE IS FULL OF IDIOTS! I wish I can put zero stars because they treat loyal customers with NO respect. I told the delivery man to please wait one minute as I was around the corner too show him my card & sign the receipt and he refused to wait or return to deliver my order. I have been a customer for 10+ years with hundreds of dollars spent. This was a $ 50+ order! Yet all they had to say was your credit card will be refunded within 72 hours. 3 days?!! Really?!! Terrible customer service with rude and incompetent employees. Save yourself the irritation I had.
