Chuck E Cheese’s

Took a visit this past weekend on Saturday March 12, 2016.
Typical Saturday night which was over packed as any Chuck E. Cheese would be. Took us about 45 minutes to finally make a food order. The food line was longer than Black Friday lines. Once we finally got to the front to make an order, the staff member behind the register advised us that it would be an «hour wait» for our food to come out once it was inputted. We had waited in line long enough for us not to make the order. Long story short. We waited more than an hour. We waited about an hour and a half. Apparently we were given the wrong ticket number. Once we asked about our pizza, they brought it out COLD! It had been sitting in the kitchen unclaimed because we were given the wrong ticket number. It took us another hour to receive a new pizza. By the time we got our pizzas that we had ordered hours ago, they were getting ready to close the restaurant. We had no choice but take to-​go boxes and take our pizza home.
This is what happens when they hire kids still in high school.

I use to love this place… my kids love chuck e cheese. after remodel this place got worst. all employees including managers absolutely suck .they are rude and absolutely not helpful .the guy at the entrance assigned us a table for 4 but we were a party of 8 .and in order to get a larger table we had to talk to 20different people so that it still wouldn’t happen… I asked them to sing happy birthday to my son and that didn’t happen because I needed to talk to another 20people. The cashier failed to charge us all the food we ordered so we had to return to the long line to reorder. This place lacks customer service and organization. I will not be returning to this Chuck e cheese ever. To be honest they don’t even deserve one star.

Sucks but we order some pizza and the chick who brought our pizza … Left the pizza in the table next to us like who ahead and serve ur self very fucking rude … No wonder they hire high school kids smh… The cashier was rude as fuck… Tell us to hold a minute with an attitude… We didn’t even have a chance to ask for ranch… Not koo

Funnest place to take your children! The parking is very convenient! The workers are extra friendly and the pizza is the best! I love their ranch dressing! I actually like bringing my kids here on the weekdays because its less packed! Im looking forward on celebrated my sons birthday here.

Sad that my first Unilocal review had to be a bad one.
The only reason I am writing this is because my son was with me.
So pizza was a hour late and when I asked to be checked on they said sorry it was on hold.
Had to wait a hour and 20 minutes for pizza.
Then I put tokens in a game and it eat them.
When I expressed my discomfort the employee assisting me said sh it happends.
I was like wow.

Me and my family refer to this Chuck E cheese’s as the «dirty one» its jist the worst one Ive ever been to, and it sucks I have alot of memories here aince 2001 but now its just dirty and over crowded than most Chuck E cheese’s

So this Cheese’s is one that I will always have respect for like an OG. I used to go to this place as a kid and have so many fond memories with my grandpa, brothers and cousins here. Ahhh the good old days, miss ‘em.

never been to this chuck e cheese… But somehow my credit card was used here on Sept 9^th for 4 orders one for $ 17.30… 3 for$ 30 each. …i call chuck e cheese to ask if they check IDs for credit cards use. …they told me no. .they dont have to. .am really confused about this cause i have the credit card. …info was stolen not the actual card. …if this is Chuckie E Cheese policy i will never go into another onr

I brought my nephew here to surprise him and I did not have a good experience. The girl taking orders had a horrible attitude. She got upset I was not ready to order even after I told her I will call her over when I am ready so she won’t stand there waiting for me. When I called her over she gave me a bad look and i could tell she was not in the mood to be at work. Her name is Marenna. The food was good I tried the new chicken caesar wrap it was delicious! I also asked employee by the name of Martha if she can send someone who is working on the game department, games ate my tokens and tickets, she told me she would send him right away, 40min later the guy appears. Customer service sucks!!! This place is not the same anymore. Only reason I go is to take my nephew.

So basically the only reason I go here is because my kids love it of course but I don’t like the long lines I always have to stand and wait in. Plus the place doesn’t look that clean to me at all. I don’t order food while I’m there because of the fact that I don’t believe it’s clean enough I just let my kids play some games and we leave.

So I brought my son here to play and have pizza. They said it will take 45 mins. Which is ok. Bc we r going to play anyways. So when I went to check the table the pizza was there. Cool. We Ate. I got a box for the left over 4 piece of pizza. We went to go play some more. When we where about to leave. I went to go get the box of pizza and my son’s juice. Someone ate our pizza and drank my son’s juice (new juice). WTH. People r so weird. Told the lady. She talk to the manager and they r making me a whole pizza to go. Great customer service. Also gave me another juice. Might be kids everywhere but great service.

So besides it being packed with rude little kids the salad is always fresh. pizza is alright … used to be better. finding parking is the worst it’s in the valley obviously lol

I want to thank Jason today for taking the time to look at cameras to find my daughter’s little purse. She was so sad she lost it and I thought that I couldn’t do anything about it. I walked up to them and asked if there was any chance they can check cameras. Jason went the extra mile to check cameras during this busy time and found it and returned it to my daughter. She was so happy to see her little purse, and I as a parent truly appreciate the professionalism and great customer service I was given by Jason.

As I open the door a swift smell of feet or cheese caught my attention. Would have walked right back to my car if it wasn’t my nieces 10^th birthday celebration.
Pizza was okay, won’t be back that’s for sure.

This CeC is one of the worst in the Valley. One time we showed up the line to order food was all the way around the place. It was horrible. i didn’t even bother, We Just left to the one in Burbank.
This is my local CeC but it is dirty, ghetto looking. I rather avoid this place.

It’s chuck E cheese, can’t except much lol but I come here a lot never had a prob with the people who work there!!! I actually like this place :)

This chuck e cheese appears to be getting worse every year. They are «remodeling» but I would much prefer they would close it while doing that. There are buckets around, walls half painted, just looks bad.
Way too many games/​rides are out of order
DIRTY! I truly felt the need to wash my hands as soon as I stepped outside of this place. Had to stay because we promised our nephew a fun day there. Carpets look like they have not been washed in years, and then they actually have the «rat» throw tickets on the floor for kids to dive on the floor pick them up (ugh!) Place smells, and I’m not someone who is sensitive to that.
The pictures I posted aren’t even the worst of this place.
I understand that they have kids coming in and out all day and things can get dirty, but these issues seem to be beyond that.
I do have to say employees were nice and helpful.
But will not be coming back. Quite a few other chuck e cheese locations around the area that are definitely clean and seem appropriate for children.

Bleh.
I will preface this by saying that I hate Chuck E. Cheese. I hate the concept of letting kids run around without supervision.
With that said– I had to go for a family event.
The ambiance– smelly. Dirty. Dingy.
The service– Understaffed. Inept.
I had skipped lunch, it was late and I was desperate. So I ate salad. And I ate pizza.
And now I’m paying the price.
I’m sick as hell.
I will never eat there again. Bleh.

Love Chuck e cheese! It makes me sad that the rat I grew up with has suddenly lost weight and turned younger!!! But the pizza is still the best and so is the vanilla cake. It’s kind of funny. They still have posters and pictures of the old Chuck E, but the coins, tickets and mascot are the new skinny Chuck E. It’s nice to see that juxtaposition. It means the old Chuck E is still around!!! :0)
Good times here, but parking can be difficult and it is dirty/​smelly/​ghetto. Just like I remember growing up lol

Gosh, this place has changed! service is bad they always mess up my order! I both around 150 tokens and I forgot a cup at the front desk they never said a word!!! This place has the worst service ever.
⁴⁄₂₇ my dad and I are at waiting to order pizza and this girl name Adrid starts yelling across the room right on my ear! I turn and cover my ear she does it more and now I’m mad!
My mom comes with my little sister cause chuck E cheese is right behind us. The mouse still has the nerve to give her back to her! I’m very upset about this place! That’s all I could say sorry chuck E. If i could give you no stars I would!
