I been a customer since the store opened. It is a much smaller Sally Beauty Supply Store, but they always have what I need. I have bought deep conditioners, hair appliances, and nail polish products and they have all worked great. If I need anything for my hair I always stop by here first before I go anywhere else.

«Huge Big fat zero to Evelyn the store manager» I just went in this very minute to return a lipstick… give her a customer service course get out of retail. them poor coworkers of hers look like they’re walking around on broken glass… i have been going to this store for almost 20 years!

Prices are fair and good variety of products. Not a huge selection of hair extensions but they do have some. Parking is not a problem and employees are helpful.

Clean store but their inventory is lacking. I’m not sure who does the ordering but I’ve been calling for the past 2 months and asking to see if they have a particular item in stock and the answer is always no. The location is very convenient for me, which is why I’ve been so persistent. Also, the customer service is average and the employees won’t do more than the bare minimum to assist you. I get that «we don’t get paid enough to go out of our way to help you» vibe.
I’ve been to better Sally’s locations.

Turn around and find another Sally’s! this is the worst one ive been to. I have been a Sally’s customers for YEARS and have never witnessed such rude, inhospitable, discourteous customer service. The lady (or man) that works there has such an ugly attitude. Learn to like your job or else quit! Completletly tuned me off! Never returning again! Stay away! I hope her (his) manager reads this!

Store was neat and clean. Was in and out fast. I don’t like how small the aisles are. I’m afraid of hitting people with the basket or my purse regardless of which way I turn or walk by.
