I’ve only been to this place 3 times and every single time I’ve had to wait over 20 minutes for an entrée. People here are savages.

Just got home from picking up dinner after a long day at work. As always long lines although they’re fully staffed. Anyway while waiting and ordering I was responding to emails and once I got home and saw my portions I was dissatisfied. They’re portions are much less than other locations. The staff aren’t even nice. This is my last time here. No matter how close it is to my home.

This new Panda Express is just blocks away from us but we still drive to Panda Express in Burbank because the portions in this new store is a lot smaller than the one in Burbank. Staff in Burbank are friendlier and faster too.

I was actually pretty surprised by the set up. The line was long but its panda express obviously the line gonna be long. It was nowhere near as busy when it was the previous place. The set up was nice. They have 3 tv’s one of them had the game on which shocked me because I have never see. A game going on inside a panda. One thing they gotta focus on though is service. People seriously looked sad working there. Overall ok experience would go again

When I first went here the staff was polite and friendly. One pretty girl greeted me with a huge smile and she was fast a ndefficient. However, when I decided to attend again based on my past positive experience it wasn’t the same friendly staff. They must have switched their staff members cause now its slow and terrible customer service. Its VERY obvious that no one wants to work there.

If you want basic food, long lines and obese cashier wearing a hat that’s about to pop off her head and teenage girls arguing with their boyfriend about who’s going to get the last fortune cookie this is your spot !

I lucked out having lunch here today with my husband. Got here around 12:20 pm with no line. Walked right up ordered and paid. As soon as we sat down in our chair the line was out the door. Pro’s: it’s a brand new location so everything is very clean and modern. They still have the same quality Panda food. The staff was fast and courteous. Plenty of parking. Con’s: located inside a busy outdoor shopping complex so I can imagine how difficult parking could be on a weekend. The plates are pretty pricey for the small portions they offer.

OMGTHELINEWAITISFOREVER!!! I literally just left after waiting in line. What’s the point of having so many workers if it takes forever. I left and now eating at subway. Never again walking in here.

Sorry to say but i love panda express, but this location is very VERY slow. Customer service is also about getting customers their food rapidly and with a smile. It seems that a lot of the cooks are always talking insteed of helping. The helpers on the line are soooo slow, and they always seem like they never want to help or be there. Not impressed. I wish it was someone in the panda corporate office that actually cared.

waited over 10 min to place the order and I order chow mein and string beans with chicken and orange chicken I don’t remember asking for a kids size portion because when I open the box the portion of this was supper small I wonder if the employees get special bones if they give smaller portions it looks like the portion have gotten supper small but the price hasn’t this was my first time here and most likely the last

Great lively atmosphere, fully staffed, and the food was tasty. But, I’m giving this place only 3 stars because the portions were small. I got a bowl and the guy only put a little meat in there. There wasn’t much veggies either. He put in a scoop, got distracted and stared at something. I thought he was going to add a little more meat after he was done being distracted but he just pushed my bowl to the side for the girl next to him to move it to the cashier. When I got home I had to add some of my own chicken to the bowl just to fill up what was missing. I googled Panda Express bowl and I found photos of other Panda Express actually layering the top of the bowl with a good amount of meat. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen for me here.

Nice new restaurant but the people working there are so rude. Please smile and be polite guys!
