The service here is getting worse and worse. I was told the wait for an entrée was going to be 15 mins and ended up waiting 30+ mins. Why not just be honest and tell me how long instead of making me waste my time.
To make matters worse there was a guy with a beard in the kitchen. Eww! What is up with this place, Instead of bettering, they are getting worse. They are going to end up loosing business, but what is expected from a neighborhood like this. «Panda Wok! Why you no hurry!!!»

Omg this has got to be the worst place on earth! The staff is extremely rude and the food is horrible. Will I be back yeah I think that’s a firm noway. The staff is the most rudest if ever came across. They try and cheat you when you pay and then they tell you the customer to calm down umm yeah no the customer does not have to calm down btw the customers are always right and you as a business worker are their to make sure that customers are happy and not you trying to jack there money …

It’s not the best Chinese food but I do prefer it over Panda Express and other Chinese fast food in the valley. They give you big portions and you can’t go wrong with the price

Come here every once in a while but recently the food has a different taste the egg rolls used to be so good *sigh* food portion is what has my bf coming back

the food they serve is delicious and they overflow it which is a big a++++ and the recently had a c i know but they are back up to a so can’t say anything bad so yes i would recommend this delicious resturant :) worth every penny.

I have only eaten here twice only because i work across the street. The first time i ate here i had the black pepper pork and it was absolutely disgusting. The chow mein tastes like seafood. So after i had bits of pieces of the disgusting food, i get chorro the freaking runs and vomiting. And today i went back. The chow mein has gotten a lot better. The orange chicken was ok. Teriyaki chicken was good. But guess what. My stomach hurts and i feel like throwing up again. Maybe they use GMO! But don’t eat here. Like ever!

Delicious food, it’s A place where you get two for one meal price. Whether it’s take out or eating at the location, they definitely overfill your plate to a point where the take out box can’t even close.

Tis is true, employees aren’t super hyper, but it ain’t Starbucks, so I’m used to it. It does suck though, if you hate your job then quit. Anyways, I’m really disappointed that the grade went from a B to a C :(bug portions but who knows what’s going on in the kitchen

To start off customer service is TERRIBLE!
The girls are so rude and act as if they own the place. They always have an attitude. They have new employees all the time and they all seem to have the same attitude. Is the attitude mandatory to get this wonderful job?! Not the custumers’ fault you don’t like your job :)
Food is ok, nothing great.
BIG portions though.
Very inexpensive for the amount of food that you get. Cash only.
I go whenever my mom craves it since she loves it.
Not my number 1 spot…
They’ve had a letter «C» for weeks now, makes you wonder what’s is really going on back there…

Food is great which is why i keep coming here. As im sitting here waiting for my food to be ready the girls are sippin on their drinks, texting & one of them is chewing gum like a cow… i understand they probably just hired anyone but customer sevice should worry them!

I love it! The portions are more than generous! I usually get a combo B, let me tell you why, I half for lunch and the other half for dinner. $ 6 and you’re full all day!!! The only con is that it’s cash only.
This place is definitely underrated but it makes it l the better for me because the wait isn’t bad at all. Definitely my go to when I’m craving fast Chinese food.

Honestly the worst service I have encountered in years… very rude and no people skills… I myself managed a Japanese place similar to this in my early 20s. I was still courteous and nice through out the experience… but it really WOWED! Me… I was surprised they were out of eggrolls… Most of there dishes behind the glass looked dry and like it had been there since early morning with nothing but scraps left. At 12:30 in the afternoon#!!!. If I wasn’t picking up for the rest of my coworkers… I would have gone somewhere else… My experience was not good. And I never write reviews… that’s gotta say something. If you go… Good luck…

Good food, worth it for the portions they give you. Lunchtime is popular time here so you might be waiting in line for a few minutes. Employees could be more friendly but overall the food is good.
