My family purchased a couch set from Roma Interiors Gallery Furniture. The sellers claimed that the couch was genuine leather, when it turned out that it was not. The couch ripped within a couple of months for no reason. What a complete waste of money. Even if the couch set was not really leather, it should not keeping ripping up. We paid a lot of money for it. The sellers refused to return our money. They kept claiming that all sales our final. Do NOT shop at this store. They sell poor quality furniture at high prices and have an unreasonable return policy.

This place is going out of business and closing down for good. Based on my experience (and the experience of others), I’m not at all surprised.

I’m not one to complain of racism, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a furniture store… any store really. My mom had been buying furniture from this place for years. Her last purchase was nearly $ 8000 for her bedroom set. Since she loved her bedroom set so much, she decided to go and look at some living room furniture, dragging me along with her.
The woman that normally takes care of the store knows my mother well and always gives her great customer service. Unfortunately, a DIFFERENT woman was there the day we dropped by. Every time we looked at something, she would say, «That’s too expensive. You should look at this one over here. It’s cheaper.» Over and over, «No, Honey… that’s too expensive,» assuming that my mother couldn’t possibly have the money to buy it. What kind of salesperson tries to deter you from buying store items? So finally, I asked her «Is it too expensive for you or too expensive for us? Are you saying that YOU could never afford this couch set?» She answered by repeating the word «No» over and over again.
O.K… I gave this idiot a second chance. I saw this very ridiculous, tacky couch that I would never buy and would probably shoot my mother if she tried to buy it. I knew I would feel silly sitting on it because it just wasn’t my style, so I did. My mom said, «I don’t like that one.» I, of course, laughed and replied, «I just wanted to sit on it.» Then out of nowhere this broad belts out, «Now you can say that you sat on an expensive sofa.» Are you kidding me? I never wanted to slap the mess out of anyone so badly in all my life. Did she really believe that horrible, gaudy couch was the best piece of furniture I would ever sit on? Did she speak to everyone like this or just to people that looked like us? She followed us around the entire store too! I grabbed my mom and we left.
My mother shopped in this store. I would NEVER buy anything from here… with or without the possibly racist saleswoman. Let’s face it. Roma used to have better stuff. Now, they have a FEW quality or cool pieces, but the majority of the store holds a bunch of crap. Too much of the furniture is very cheap looking, ugly, not real wood, some kind of composite wood-​plastic, and manufactured by sloppy people. The set my mother wanted looked like the person was having a seizure as they put it together. I was surprised she liked it. Then Roma has the NERVE… to charge ridiculous amounts for the stuff. Then add the ignorant saleswoman to the mix… and now you have quite the circus.
Moms will never purchase anything from here again. I’ll make sure of that. Sorry, lady, no sale for you. The furniture in the store… not good enough for these buns. And now you can say that you saw a perfect pair of buns walk up outta there! How lucky you are!

Have made many purchases from Roma and dealt with Jackie on all of it. Good pricing, good customer displays, delivered as promised.

I got my formal living room set from here and then went back for my daughter’s bedroom set. Vicki was so helpful! She made sure we got what we needed and wanted. She went far and beyond to help us. I would recommend this place for anyone. For our living room set I had seen it on the internet, so she found us the same one for the best price. I honestly love this place. Because I got what I needed and Vicki really cares about the customer. Great furniture store!

The wife wanted some furniture and we were in the area so we went to this place to look at the furniture. They have a lot of different style of furniture available. So we ordered some furniture about two weeks before thanksgiving. Eventually, we ended up deciding on some furniture that was from a catalog that had to be ordered.
Jackie was very nice to deal with and pretty patient with my wife.
Well when they delivered it in a pickup truck. The wood had cracked on the sofa so they
took it back to the manufacturer. Leaving only an armchair out of the three pieces we’d ordered.
The armchair really was too big, I couldn’t sit on it and have my feet touch the floor, nor could my wife. So we returned that. Since none of their furniture was in our house they allowed us to change the order to a «custom» sofa, loveseat and chaise and ottoman.
Well, the initial chaise lounge looked like it was made by someone who sawed a loveseat in half, and had a seizure while stitching it. They were nice enough to take it back.
The sofa had a cushion so hard my butt would go numb after sitting down for 10 minutes. They kindly replaced the cushion with one that was a little softer but wouldn’t allow me to sit near my wife without her falling toward me. It still makes my butt go numb but usually after about 20 minutes. Anyway it keeps me from being a coach potato so I guess I should thank them for that.
Of course the Ottoman had problems too. Uneven legs, an easy enough problem which they fixed well enough to have it only wobble a little after we reported the problem.
Anyway, it’s been about six months now and the super hard sofa ‘s seams are coming apart and somehow this rock of a cushion is losing its shape.
Bottom line is I wouldn’t order furniture from this spot. Especially not the stuff they make themselves. The people are nice enough but this is the most uncomfortable sofa out of the ten or so I’ve ever owned and most of those were pretty inexpensive.

I love Roma! I’ve been shopping there for years. Jackie, the manager, is extremely knowledgeable. No furniture store can display everything that ‘s available and that would be most appropriate for your specific budget and décor. When I give Jackie my specs she is always able to go to the right catalogue and guide me to the options that are appropriate for me. I really don’t mind ordering, and waiting for, something that I’m going to keep for a long time. So, I want what I want, and, if it’s the right thing, then I’m definitely willing to wait for it. The problem with ordering from the manufacturer’s catalogue is that, if you don’t know that particular manufacturer, the picture might not reveal the quality of the product. This is where Jackie’s experience and expertise are invaluable. She knows that I require quality, and would never show me something that is not a good value. I still have all of the pieces that I’ve purchased through her store: my bedroom furniture, dining chairs, sofa, and occasional pieces. They’ve all held up and look as good as when I purchased them. Jackie will also match prices, so I don’t ever feel that I’m overpaying. I trust Roma completely!

I came in after a referral from a friend looking for a new couch for my living room. I was allowed to browse for a bit before approached, which I do appreciate because no one loves a stalking salesman. They had a couple pieces on their floor that caught my eye, but none were exactly what I was looking for. Jackie, the saleswoman was amazing, I showed her a picture of my living room and she was able to bring all sorts of different sectional pieces that would work well and match my stuff. We decided on one where I could choose my own fabric (I didn’t even know furniture stores did that!).
Overall, a pretty cool experience– they seemed to know exactly what they were talking about even with matching, and I didn’t know I could be so creative with picking my furniture. I even left with a Tempurpedic pillow (heck to the yes!)

So i’m looking for some furniture for my new place, and i stumble upon this place. Looked pretty nice, so i walked in. I was greeted by some staff asking me what i was looking for. They helped me find this one sofa that ive been looking for forever! Pretty cheap prices too :]
