Spark Towing

I call them at 11:30am, they say they will be here at 30 min. But now is 13:00 pm and I still can’t see anyone there tow my car, it’s awful.

Super friendly, took my credit card without any fuss, and got me to the mechanic fast. My tow was $ 125 for a short distance– about average for what I’ve paid before.

Sean is absolutely delight… he was on dot and very very professional… I would recommend these guys always for the way they keep their word…

I called in for a flat tire on 12/​12, and someone called to get the exact address of my location. This service person took forever to figure the exact address instructions I had provided to him.
He comes in his own personal car, not a towing truck. Has a lot of difficulty taking off the flat tire, puts on MY SPARE, and then charges me $ 300+ for the service.
Service person promises a receipt by Monday, but of course since it was a scam I never got a receipt. I even called it for weeks to request a receipt and the call center is probably covering up for this thief.
I am not letting this go and definitely going to take action.

These guys do great work.
My truck broke down a little after midnight and I was stressing on getting a tow because I know some places can be a long wait and pricey late night.
Not these guys. My driver Sean showed up within 30 minutes and even though my truck was in a tricky spot on the freeway he made it happen and I was home within the hour. I highly recommend these guys.
Always hate a tow but if you ever need one any hour of the day these guys are your best bet.

I don’t have AAA anymore so I can’t go through them for towing or roadside assistance. The lack of AAA sucks and is just unwise, I know, and I intend to get it back when I move back to Orange County and actually have to drive everywhere again.
HOWEVER, in the meantime, this place/​these guys rock. Getting towed or having to call for roadside assistance – especially in the middle of late night driving around LA for concerts and whatnot –is never fun, but they keep the wait down. Half an hour? Okay, I can deal; versus, «We will be there between 1 and 5 pm.» What? Okay.. .
None of that here. And, they are apparently open 24/​7, and stay open during major holidays. Getting stuck somewhere never happens at a convenient time, but these guys will be there for you.
In all seriousness, if you plan on driving through LA, I’d keep their number in your phone or in your glovebox. You never know when you will need them.

This company is great and offers a wide range of services not offered by other companies. I like that I can use one company for multiple issues if they arise. Their services are convenient and fast which is important when you get off work late and don’t want to be standing in the dark by yourself for too long. If you are in the area or live in the area definitely give them a call because it will be worth it.

One of the many things that stands out about Sparks Towing: the fact that they do not make you wait and wait (unlike a certain other company I used once). They will be there in half-​an-​hour or less, and you can be sure that the person coming to you is a licensed professional. They will come help you 24/​7, and they remain open during the major holidays, too. On top of them offering towing services, they offer gas refilling/​gas delivery, and jump starts. Their rates are very reasonable too. Needless to say, I do recommend them.
