The drive thru takes quite some time even if it’s just two people in front of you. I thought maybe it was just because it’s late at night, but looking over the reviews, this is a common problem at this location. When I pulled up to the window, no one was there. One minute later… crickets. Two minutes later. no one… and finally someone showed up. They should at least have someone greet you instantly and say please wait. Food was a little cold, other then that it tasted average for a Taco Bell spicy tostada.

I ordered a meal deal D and repeated myself for clarity. What did I get? A deal A, how does A sound like D? This is not the first time I received the wrong product here. Get your stuff together taco bell. If you need to change the options from letters to numbers so you can hear it clearly maybe do that.

2 stars is because of the customer service here. I’ve never had anything wrong with the food, just the way these people talk to you. Rosa for an example, is very unfriendly and just likes to argue with customers for no reason. Also they don’t always update their specials right away, so they don’t always have what they’re advertising.

I havent had much of a problem at this place until I saw a lazy ass employee by the name of Teresa R. that took my order at the drive thru. No greeting at the drive thru and she just said«what would you like» then after my order she opened the window took my money and then shoved a bag out the window with no napkins and didnt even ask if I wanted sauce. Then when I did ask her for some sauce she gave me an attitude because I wanted 20 hot sauces for 8 burritos I bought. Never coming to this shitty location again.

Vanessa is a great manager. She always gets my orders right and is very nice. If a mistake was made with my order, she makes sure it is taken care of right away.

I used the DRIVE-THRU service of this branch today Oct.15,2014 at around 10am. I was all hungry did not have dinner and so I thought I’d like to have some Taco Bell and even endorsed it to my husband last time that their coffee is fabulous too just like McDonalds(btw I had a nice lady in Drive-Thru station too last time at same branch who was all friendly and nice). The foremost reason of driving thru is to get food ESPECIALLYBREAKFAST and to have your food quickly, ready and conveniently because you have no time and you need to drive. I drove in from the other side of the store and so I quickly just drove to the window and asked for a price list I did not know what to order. The guy assigned at the window said I have to either go around and look at the list by DRIVE-THRU entrance or go inside. In my brain«WHAT? Are you serious?» The same guy I have mentioned above(with a headset in his ear taking orders at the same time taking care of drive-thru) seems to have not understood the concept of DRIVE-THRU. I asked him for my coffee please put 3 creamers, 3 sugar inside with the word«please» and I repeated 2 or 3x, but the answer I got from him was«sorry we put only creamers, you have to put sugar by yourself». Anyone assigned in the DRIVE-THRU section I believe should ask«How do you want your coffee, with creamers, sugar, you want it inside, etc.?» This guy needs to go back and redo customers service training if you want your store to be revisited. It’s not all about food, front liners should be trained properly, you have to put your nicest people in the DRIVE-THRU section especially in the morning! Who knows if the person driving by is having a bad or good day! A pleasing service of your employee can make anybody’s day!

I don’t usually write reviews on Unilocal but this time they really made me angry. This location is awful. I live down the block so it’s very convenient but I will not be going back until things change. My bf and I ordered 6 things and first they got a simple nacho wrong. Then we walked home and I realized they gave me a burrito instead of the chalupa I’d ordered. After walking all the way back I told the cashier. He asked for my receipt but I told him he’d taken my receipt while figuring out the nacho issue. Then I had to tell him my real order 3 times. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. This is not the first time stuff like this has happened either. I’d say about 75% of the time they get it wrong. Move on. Don’t waste your time here.

I have been going to this bell for years. Unfortunately it’s gotten really bad. It’s gotten to the point where I will go to the Sherman way location just to avoid this location. The portions are small and you feel ripped off if you compare to a good tbell. The customer service is meh. I recently found paper and hair in my cantina bowl. A call to corporate netted nothing. The manager from the store called and offered another meal. I was not interested and passed. The outside tables have a tendency to be dirty and the graffiti on the benches is just stupid. Sad to see this bell does not cut it.

I love Taco Bell! I truly do but I have to say that the drive thru wait for this location really sucks ! It’s not an indoor location, you can eat outside at the 3,4 tables they have or drive thru. So it’s mainly a drive thru location. But the wait sometimes is just ridiculous, they’re just slow overall weather the drive thru line is empty or full. The only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because I like Taco Bell that much

Unfortunately, I’m not a fan of this Taco Bell. Every time I’ve gone there their prices are higher than practically ANY other Taco Bell and the food is sub-par(even for Taco Bell standards) Two times — far apart from each other — I’ve also been approached by a homeless person while in my car at the drive-thru…I mean, come on, you can’t even go through the drive-thru without having this happen? The management needs to do something about it. Also, they aren’t even open late… even on weekends… and isn’t that really the ONLY time most of us want Taco Bell anyway(unless we’re in a hurry for lunch?) — I won’t be back unless there’s no other option.

Been to this Taco Bell a few times and it’s alright as far as Taco Bell’s go. There’s only a few tables where one can sit outside. Also you will likely see a homeless person who is sitting who asks for food to eat(at least the times I’ve been there one of them asks for food from there instead of money). Prices are a bit higher than at other locations too. Overall the quality is the same as the other Taco Bell’s out there.
