Wow. I wish there was an option to give NO stars.
I don’t think I’ve ever walked out of a doctor’s office feeling as offended as I did after being seen by Dr Lim. There is a review on another location in Silverlake which I unfortunately did not see until after my visit… I walked out of there wondering if I did something to make them hate me. Not only did the Dr cut me off 5 seconds into explaining the history of my foot and the issues I’m having, telling me what I was saying was irrelevant (???), but he continued to talk to me in a condescending manner making offensive comments about the two other doctors I’ve seen and the type of insurance I carry! WTF.
They even gave back the original paperwork I filled out along with the copies they made of my Insurance card and ID on my way out. I thanked him for his time, walked out as soon as he left the room and they were handing me the docs without even looking at me; no «hey have a nice day», «would you like to schedule an appointment?», nothing. It’s like they didn’t want anything to do with me. Or maybe the receptionist was used to people not wanting to come back and doesn’t bother to ask anymore. All I know is I was nice & professional, although I’m sure it showed on my face how displeased I was with the visit.
Needless to say I was baffled. If you ever decide to chance this office, I hope you don’t have the same experience, otherwise be prepared for a rude and condescending doctor. The only good thing I can say is that I was in and out very quickly… because there were NO OTHER PATIENTS. Hmm…
