The receptionist is extremely rude and from the looks of the other reviews I’m not the only one who thinks so. Maybe she didn’t have her cup of coffee before I tried to make an appointment? Either way, the dentist is a reflection of his staff so therefore I will never come in here.

I accompanied a client here and found the receptionist quite rude. When I asked how much longer it would be, she said, «There are three people ahead of him. He’ll just have to wait. Tough.» Wow. Tough? Really? I also overheard the same receptionist making fun of a patient in Spanish with another staff member. It is remarkable why business owners choose to retain such unprofessional, nasty people to run their office. Unlike a 14 year old, adults should exercise more self control over their language and behavior. This dentist office is located in a strip mall in the dirty north end of North Hollywood. My client was seen approximately 45 minutes after his appointment time, and the dentist seemed professional and knowledgeable enough. This place takes patients who are on low incomes. There are tons of dentists in the world. If you don’t like the quality of care, go somewhere else. Put bad places out of business.

I’ll try to make this as quick and simple as possible. So I receive a teeth Whitening voucher from a family this past July and it was about to expire in late Aug.(This was transferred to me) so have 1 month. I made an appt and the receptionist said they’ll be closing August for who knows what. Red flag #1. Top it off, she rudely said«why are you calling us now you’ve had this for 6 mos ago».(Still keep this mind this was transferred to me). Then she agreed to put me on but for a future date that was pass my expiration date. But still in Aug 22.(which they were suppose to be closed remember?)I said that’s odd but I ok it. Red Flag#2. Went in and got examined and Dr Vein(Vain) said I had to fix this and fix that before he can give me the whitening procedure. Red Flag#3. Keep this in mind that I already have a dentistry that I’ve been going for over 15 – 20 years! I don’t trust anyone else of course. Bottom line is that he wanted me to fix and clean my teeth with them so HE can grant me the expired teeth whiten voucher which they prolong in the very first place since July. Now if I would’ve known this, I would’ve gone to my own dentist to get it done before and be more prepare before I came here and got my teeth whitening so I don’t have to pay extra? He got irritated with our conversation because I started asking lots of questions and raised his voice like he didn’t appreciate it, lucky he was in his office cuz I woulda… the living out of his. Anyhow, this is their first review and I’m hoping it’s not the last haha maybe i’am wrong about them but they need to be a bit more professional, be nice, and ACT at least professionals especially in this horrific field. I hate dentist enuff, you can imagine if you had to bring your kids here to Dr Vain… NUFFSAID! Hope that wasn’t too long but very simple. Pls read my tips for this place. Thanks for reading.
