DONOT sign ANYTHING with them until you’ve read the whole contract, because they will not tell you any of the details such as length of contract, the alarm license fee and other items of note. They will fast talk you into their priciest package whether it’s way too much for your needs or not. They will not let you downgrade, either. They caught me right after I purchased my first home, when I was totally scared and confused about this whole new homeowner change in my life. Now I’m stuck for the next 3 years with way more security than my house can handle. I have to bypass all my motion sensors and glass breaks every time I leave because my house is tiny and I have a big dog, both of which were very apparent to the salesman and installer when they were here. I definitely will not re-up when my contract is finished and I tell all my fellow home owners and my children who are currently looking for homes not to use them. I felt so taken advantage of, but blame myself for not doing what I am telling you to do here-read the contract and shop around before you commit to any security service.

SUPERSHADYBUSINESS!!! Local sales manager in San Diego openly allows and even encourages forging contract paperwork and lying to customers. When a sales manager openly tells you in a team meeting that he is a MASTERFORGER and helps«fix» paperwork in plain sight of everyone … that is a serious problem. For all I know, this could very well be something that is intentionally allowed by the HQ so I would strongly advise to STAYAWAY from SafeHaven Security!
