I highly recommend Shamra of Stitching for You! Her customer service and quality of work is excellent! I am so happy that I ran across her business on Unilocal!My daughter needed her prom dress hemmed and Shamra had it done and ready as promised. She is a honest, affordable seamstress! Thank you Shamra!!!

Highly recommended them. I did not use them because I had a specific request. Instead of just trying to do they were honest about it from the beginning and told me who I should go try. I highly respect the upfront honesty.

I bought my daughter’s prom dress on the Friday before Prom. I noticed at the register that the seam was coming undone in the bodice. I still bought the dress, thinking I could get it sewn pretty cheaply.
I left a message for Shamra at Stitching For You, and she returned my call within the hour.
We decided I would bring the dress in after I got off work and she would take a look.
She was such a nice lady, and very helpful! She took my daughter’s dress and started working on it immediately. She not only sewed the area I noticed, but she checked, and mended the entire dress while we waited.
I was kind of scared when we were finished, what the cost would be.
$ 15!!! I could not believe it! :)
I will definitely be using her for ALL my sewing needs!

I recently lost some weight and instead of buying new pants I decided to have my current pants taken in. Shamra was a pleasure to work with and she did an amazing job. Prices are affordable and my items were done in a reasonable amount of time. Suffice it to say I will definitely be bringing more business her way.

My daughter just had her first fitting for the alterations to her wedding dress. Shamra has done a beautiful job on it. We’ve had extensive bead work done on it, as well as other adjustments. My daughter was so excited when she walked in to Shamra’s shop today and saw the dress. Thanks, Shamra!
