Customer service was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they do not carry the iPhone I wanted even though they advertise it at the store. iPhone 6 — 128GB They offered to order it for me but I would need to do the paperwork first which means I would need to trade in my old phone now for credit and not have a phone to use for the next 3 – 6 days.(I need my phone for work, this is not an option.) I don’t understand why they couldn’t just order the phone and do the paperwork when it came in. I told them I was willing to wait. They did offer a few different options but in the end it was too difficult to upgrade with this store. I was so frustrated that I left without upgrading my phone. I went through another company that had my phone in stock and didn’t need to go a day without a phone.

What a joke! Just left this store with nothing accomplished and livid. Walked in and wasn’t greeted at all, both people working were busy. Finally, Phil walks over to help me and as I explain what I need help with(activating 3 phones under special circumstances), he continually cuts me off on all three times I open my mouth to say why I can’t simply do this myself. So I decide to let him finish repeating the same thing«dial 611 from your phone» and I ask him if he’s willing to listen to what I actually need help with. He stops and scoffs, then when I explain the situation, surprisingly he has no idea how to fix it. What bothers me isn’t that he can’t find a solution, but what really peeves me is his unwillingness to help me, as a customer. He kept referring me to contact customer service or to drive down to a «corporate owned» store to receive any sort of help. Here’s the kicker, Phil is the MANAGER. Ha! All I have left to say is this: Dear Phil, You’re running a business and as a manager, your success will be determined by the way you treat your customer. It wouldn’t hurt to be nice and your dogmatic attitude will only run your business into the ground. Good luck.
