Short Line Express Market

It’s always something when I go to this store. Why is it so hard to get 1 scoop of ice cream on a cone? I walk in and Teresa didn’t greet me but stared me down. I let her know I came for a cone, and after paying for my cone I had to wait almost 10mins before she finally gave me ice cream only to have put it in a cup. And when I mentioned I asked for a cone she replied rudely «they both cost the same anyways». Wow. She then gave me a cone on top and I took it and left. This could have all been avoided if the other clerk (the heavy set black guy) would have been worried more about his job then being flirtatious with the woman he had help. Teresa was already handling the register, but yet he still felt the need to ring this lady up. Highly upset.

Disrespectful! Thrifty Ice Cream customers do not get any respect at this store. You have to tell the clerk to wear gloves. One clerk coughed over my ice cream (I refused to buy it) and tonight I was next in line but the clerk decided to let somebody at the register get cigs. Not right girlie. I will find another store in town with Thrifty’s Ice Cream before I go back there.

Within walking distance from my family’s place — I find myself at this corner convenience store whenever I want something quick and easy.
I have to admit, it’s an interesting mix of people that make up both the clientele and the staff there. I hope that’s a nice enough way of saying that there may be some elements that may entice you to skip over this place and go elsewhere. I’ve never been physically involved in altercations here however I have seen a few in my time.
I can say that the pumps offer Shell gas and that the pumps are usually in working order.

Horrible customer service! Rude and classless employees. Have never been spoken to so rudely at a place where I was spending my money at on a daily basis! Will crawl on my face to Florida before I spend another red cent at this trash infested dump!
