Omg this store I the worst store I’ve ever been to, including authorized dealers. Their customer service is terrible. They don’t acknowledge their customers and answer questions before even pulling up your account details. I was in this location for an hour and half JUST to switch out a defective device. They no nothing about timely fashion. They move like they’re on their lunch break. & the manger on duty is watching all of this go down. Between the ridiculously loud music they’re playing, the standing around looking lost and clueless. They need to clean house of this entire stores staff and start fresh. Everyone literally sucks. This stores district manager should be embarrassed. Signed really unhappy customer.

This store is terrible! Always a long wait, even when there are only one or two customers in the store. I have been a T Mobile customer for 6 years and have no real issues with my service, except this particular location. My husband sent his phone out for repair, and when he went in to get the SIM card turned back on he wad told it would be a $ 10 fee. He got upset and called customer service who told him they could do it over the phone, and that there was no fee. When he called the associate out on that fact, he was then asked to leave the store and they threatened to call the cops on him. Defenitly the last time I will go to this location!

Standing in line writing this review. This has to be the most unorganized Cell phone store I have been to. Not even sure if the store has shift leadership because they don’t have any answers. It’s my fault for waiting in line but I’m already here. Last time I’ll be coming to this location. Sad thing is that it is right down the street from where I live. 1 star is too many, however I have to utilize it to leave my review
