Really nice rooms; totally updated. We got an excellent rate under a hundred/night. Convenient location right off the hwy. We liked the tall ceilings and décor. Super comfortable beds! Soft sheets and cozy pillows that were labeled«soft» and«firm». Shower was just right. Nice, modern bathroom. Very friendly desk attendant. We checked in at 9:30 on a Sunday night. Hotel was spotlessly clean in all areas and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast food is decent if you only like breads and carbs. The eggs and bacon, sausage, gravy were really not good though. Overall we’d definitely stay here again.

Waited at front counter for 20 minutes for someone to show up. Once the line got three deep a guy showed up and then told me the only room available was the most expensive one even though the parking lot was less than half full. Went into parking lot and called in. «Yessir we have rooms available». Rethinking the rewards membership

The rooms appeared newly renovated. The problem is that they are renovating the rest of the hotel so the lobby is messy, the pool was closed in the middle of summer(and no future warning of pool being closed) and construction equipment and large dumpsters were taking up many parking spaces. The room was nice but we opened the coffee maker to make coffee and there was a used coffee filter full of coffee still in the maker. The breakfast buffet was really good though.

Quick stop on our travels. .very nice suite for a fairly decent price(for something right off the turnpike). Friendly front desk clerk who was very helpful at 1:30 am when we arrived. Full breakfast until 10 am. The renovated rooms are very nice. Parts of the hotel are still under renovation and the contrast is significant. The breakfast nook is in need. I made a mistake when I sat in an old mildewy chair. Once done, the hotel should be a nice spot and a decent value.

Small towns scare me. I am a city girl, through and through. But I did have to stay here, and it was ok, it did the job. It certainly was«express» since we stayed there one night on our trip between Philadelphia and Detroit. They had a washer and dryer unit at the end of the hall… which I thought was very useful. It was in use all night it seemed so I went to use it in the morning and there was an out of order sign on it. So thanks to the jerk who broke it doing 500lbs of laundry!!! The pool is small, and the fitness center is EVENSMALLER. I did use the treadmill… the one that wasn’t out of order. It was kinda dark and depressing though. It was located next to Dairy Queen. That was nice. :-) Oh and the water tastes gross.
