Really bad experience here. I went for a cut and color, wanted a fresh up of color. Ended up with a gothic black hair look. Called to see if stylist would correct her mistake, and I was told, «Sure, if you want to pay at least $ 200.00,» What? I gave Molly 24 hours to think on it, didn’t hear back, so I called the owner, went in and the intimidation attempts began. «We have had nothing but trouble from you. Molly has put color in your hair three times and you got a refund three times.» Really? I never went to her before, and why would she do my hair again if that were true? Never going back for sure. And, all I wanted was a half-​refund so I could get my color corrected elsewhere. How rude and how sad.
