You contacted me only once by leaving a message in my Unilocal profile. I emailed you back right away. I actually emailed you twice and my emails went ignored. I am a real customer whose hair (and friend’s hair) were thoroughly messed up by your employee. Of course you won’t find half a name and 1 initial in your payment records! If you wanted to contact me you could have responded to my emails or messaged me on Unilocal.That would have been better than ignoring my message after asking me to contact you. You bothered to post an update to save face for the salon but couldn’t be bothered to actually contact me or actually have me come back in. I’m sure some of your other employees do fine work. This review is reflective of my experience.

This has been my salon for many years. The staff is fun and friendly and they do an amazing job! I always enjoy going in and my hair always looks great. I would recommend anyone of any age to try this salon. You will love it!

I’ve tried many salons around the area and have had marginal results. This salon is awesome and super fun — the ladies aren’t pretentious but welcoming and treat you the way you should be treated. Laurie does an amazing job coloring and cutting my hair –I couldn’t be happier. The salon offers everything from homeopathic cleanses, botox, chemical peels, massages, waxing, Spray tans and surprise events. Definitely a chill and feel good atmosphere.

After I moved, I really didn’t want to have to depend on getting my hair cut an hour and a half away… So, I befriended Kayla and asked her to cut my hair… She will be my hair stylist from now on! There’s never a dull moment with her or any of the other stylists for that matter. They greet you with a warm welcome and do a magnificent job! Kayla is wonderful with picturing exactly what you want and if she doesn’t think it will look good, she will explain it to you and tell you! She is exactly what you need if you don’t ever want to leave unhappy!

After moving here two years ago, I was struggling to find a great salon with talented stylists and a fun atmosphere. I finally found it in Wicked. As soon as I walked through the door Laurie sat down to talk to me about what I wanted my hair to look like, and she gave me suggestions on what would work best for me. I trusted her professional analysis, and I am so glad I did. I received the absolute best cut and color I have EVER had! She really knows her stuff! The atmosphere at Wicked is warm and inviting, and it’s also fun. I had a blast there. Laurie and her crew are total professionals, and they make you feel welcomed and entertained (it’s definitely not a boring salon). The prices are competitive, meaning average for the market, which is an exceptional deal considering you are receiving superior services. I have paid the exact same prices at other places and left feeling disappointed with my look. I left Wicked feeling like a million bucks. You will not find a better salon, I promise you that.
