Starbucks

After ordering a coffee an employee rudely told me to leave the Starbucks because she assumed I didn’t purchase a coffee. Pretty bad service.

It’s a good Starbucks with a great location, outdoor seating, Google Internet, and lots of parking. Only a few staff members are energetic.

I don’t come to this Starbucks anymore. They always get my order wrong. I had to contact the company over how frustrated I am with this establishment. Long wait times, only to get another wrong order. I thought they had it out for me but after reading the reviews I guess I’m not the only one experiencing this.
When ordering an egg and cheese sandwich, they just tell me to take the sausage out and charge me extra. They thought I didn’t notice when I was served with one and it tasted like oily sausage. Don’t let them trick you when your «egg and cheese» tastes like sausage one day!
Wanted to use a reward and the barista said I had to open my email. I ended up paying. She clearly did NOT know how the rewards system worked. I always use them on my drinks and they use them on the food. Ordered a green tea lemonade and only got a bland green tea. They only thing they know how to do right is the chestnut praline latte.

Understaff, it takes to long to make your order and get it. Garbage cans are always full. Music way too loud to have a normal tone conversation.

Every Starbucks I’ve been too has consistent excellent service and delicious drinks exactly how you want them. This location was no different. I had my usual vanilla chai tea latte and it was soo good. One of the best ones I’ve had!

Terrible service. Took 11 minutes just to get an iced tea. Kept skipping orders and not getting them right. Saw 3 unhappy customers while standing there.

I like the service at this Starbucks. I able to go in and out, the drive through is my thing on Sunday’s after church. I’m in love with a caramel mocha and a warm cheese Danish.
Never have an issues here –love going !!!

Drive thru: super quick and drinks come out perfect not too sweet or bitter! Friendly staff and make sure you feel welcomed

This establishment and the employees suck!!! I had to repeat my order numerous of times and they still got it wrong. My gut told me to wait until I get to the one off of Biscayne but I didn’t listen to it. I k ow next time

I would have given it a one star but took in consideration the good times but today was a baaad day here, first off the customer service sucked I order a black coffee with non fat milk and a splenda guess what I only got bitter black coffee. when I ask the barista nicely to at least put sugar all I got was an attitude… Bad bad service today

The only good thing about this Starbucks branch is that you can drive through– the employees are somber and depressing, the wait is longer than at any other Starbucks, and it’s usually dirty. Kinda like NMB.

I order a cinnamon dolce cappuccino, they gave me a frappuccino instead. I told them that’s not what I order. After couple of minute later they gave me something that I thought was what I order. I really don’t appreciate the fact that they did not care about my needs. I will never Order here no more.

I truly am a loyal D&D girl however, there are not enough locations in South Florida so on occasion I have turned to Starbucks and you know what? this Venti mocha frappé with a shot of espresso is just downright amazingly refreshing! Banging good! Sorry D&D!

Great customer service! Employees always happy and in good humor. I love going in the mornings. I haven’t spent more than 5 min in the drive in!

This Starbucks locations has a generally attentive staff. On one occasion I waited in the drive thru line and request a refill on my coffee, only to be told that I must come inside to do so after waiting in line for 10 minutes I was a bit upset. There was no one in line behind me and I didn’t understand what the issue was. Another time I was at this location they filled my coffee too high and I dumped a tiny bit of into the garbage and I was chastised by the staff for not going to a sink in the bathroom and pouring it out. Not cool. I go to this location once or twice a week.

Very helpful baristas here. Always friendly. Great drive through. Always enjoy my visit here.

Very nice employees and drive thru access are a plus. However, service is extremely slow and disorganized. And they have not got their operations down pat… empty napkin holders, some team members don’t know who is making what.
Anyway I will be back because its Starbucks, and take my review with a grain of salt. Add some good training and TLC and this Starbucks will be as good as any.

Being a Seattle native, I’ve grown up going to Starbucks probably about 5 times a week at least. Since moving to South Florida I’ve found most of the Starbucks to either lack in customer service or capability to make a drink correctly (burned coffee, flavorless chai tea, chunky frappuccinos).
I’ve been on a search for a location nearby where I live that is consistent with drinks and friendly employees. Well I finally found a Starbucks that has great customer service and can actually make my order to my preference. No more burned tasting coffee, no more flavorless chai, and a well blended frappuccino at last! I primarily use the drive-​thru, which is awesome to find. Not many locations here seem to have this as an option. What makes this location even better, is its easy to get to and there is a light at the intersection into the parking lot.
I’ve been about 2 to 3 times a week now since first going to this location. Each time has been consistent with service and also the drink order. Definitely will continue going back to this location.

They got the basics covered, but the people are a little green. Once they are business for a big longer, service should be faster.
