Great healthy lunch break option! My coworkers and I love to order carry-on(cause we always need to rush to work). I usually have sushi and one of my coworkers seems to love the panang curry chicken. Good quality, decent prices and a friendly staff. I definitely recommend!

Delicious place for Thai Food. I go there once a month with my 4 girlfriends. They know our table by name.

We stopped here tonight because my son wanted Sushi and my wife has gone here before for Thai food. I was in about 2 years ago and I thought the Sushi was good. Tonight I was sadly mistaken. The Spider Roll was(only my impression) inedible and the spicy tuna roll was the same. While the miso soup and the salad were just fine the quality of the sushi was not up to par. To their credit they did remove one of the rolls but since my wife tasted the other one they said I had eaten to much of it and would not remove that one. Oh well, try new things and live and learn.

Took forever to even get water from the waitress, was told we can do no substitutions even though the menu says you can pay to upgrade. Couldn’t do a downgrade either(less expensive substitute). Brought out the wrong food to us at first, and forgot our soup all Together. Will not be returning.

First time here. Everything went well! Some of the best sushi I’ve had in miami. The fish tasted very fresh and is served chilled(as it should!) I absolutely hate when I go somewhere and the fish is warm. Chicken curry was delish!

For the best Tuna Tataki in Miami, the Thai House 2 is the place to be. The Pad Thai was delish, the Volcano roll is among one of the best I ever tasted and the service is great. If it’s your birthday they do a native dance and song for your enjoyment. You must experience this for your self and now my Thai donuts… bye

I don’t think this restaurant even deserves one star. Ordered sushi for delivery today. The rice was hard and raw. When I called them and told them she was rude and told me clearly I didn’t know how it should be prepared. Last I checked hard rice and sushi doesn’t exactly go together… I will never go there again not that I’m sure the establishment even cares. Not the first time of had bad food from them. There’s 1 million great places go somewhere else

Atmosphere: Fantastic. Beautiful wood carved tables and columns. Great lighting and presentation of everything. Service: So-so. When the server was there, he was good, but much of the time he seemed to forget about us. We had to wait longer than usual for a restaurant to order our food. Food: Amazing! So good! We loved it, and it seemed like authentic Thai food, although I am not from Thailand. Price: Obviously expensive, but you get what you pay for. The portions were good and the food tasted great. Overall: A great place for Thai food! I would definitely come again, although the service was a little slow in coming to us. Perhaps it was just that night or the amount of people there at the time, so I will have to see if it is better normally.

SUPERB… I’ve been going to Thai House 2 for years and I’ve never had anything to criticize. The food is beyond delicious. The service is excellent. The Sushi is ALWAYS fresh. The Thai tea, I love it. I could go on and on. They’re the best at what they do. If you’re ever in the mood for sushi(btw they also have a Sushi bar, not just an ordering from the menu, sit at your table kind of thing, but made to order sushi at a sushi BAR) you have to go there. The Thai food, I mean I order something different every time and each dish is better than the one before! Go, you won’t regret it!

Love this place. Their Curries are pricey, but they are so worth it and can feed 2 people. They also have excellent lunch specials. Another thing I love is the teapots that they give you when you order tea! Sushi is fresh and delicious. Things to try, Short rib Massaman curry, duck basil, pad thai, and boast for 2.

Ive been coming here for probably 25+ years, and its still very good and consistent. The sushi quality is excellent, and if you like salmon skin, they know how to do it right. The Thai food is also very good. They have all the standard dishes, and they will make custom sushi rolls if you ask them too. They have a full bar too. Service is good, but they can get very busy. If you have never been here, its worth a visit. They also offer take-out and delivery.

The food was spectacular and everything was great! But I am giving this place 4 stars because the seating arrangement is terrible, you feel like you don’t have your privacy just because of the fact that people are literally on top of you!!!

Thai House II has become my go to Thai restaurant in the Aventura/North Miami Beach area. Each time the food and service have been consistent and very good. Water glasses are constantly refilled and the table was clean throughout the meal. The restaurant has always been clean when I stopped by, including the bathrooms. The restaurant is similar to the type of Thai restaurant experiences I’m used to on the West Coast(Exception: There is a Japanese menu here as well, though I only go for the Thai food). This is definitely, in my opinion, one of the better Thai restaurants I have tried in the area with flavorful food. For appetizers I have ordered the Satee Chicken, Shrimp Spring Rolls, and Crab Rangoon. The Satee does come with a little grill to brown the sides of the chicken more. The presentation of the appetizers are nice as well, with most plates including an orchid on the side. One area they don’t skimp on is the meats or vegetables. The shrimp green curry has been one of my favorite dishes I’ve tried. The shrimp, which are really prawns, are huge and filling. The dish was filled with snow peas, carrots, sweet peas, zucchini, and basil leaves, which all worked well with the curry sauce. Additionally I’ve had the Shrimp Massaman Curry and the Panang Curry, which have been good as well. Another dish I’ve tried is the Pad Thai, which was the typical Pad Thai dish I’m used to at most restaurants. This dish can be ordered with Shrimp only or the version that comes with shrimp and minced pork. I prefer the version with the minced pork since I think it gives the dish a lot more flavor. The only downside is they don’t deliver to my apartment…

I have absolutely no complains about this place! The Thai tea was made with the perfect balance between tea and cream. My friend and I started with the seared tuna ceviche and scraped the plate CLEAN! It’s s Japanese version of ceviche where they use tuna tataki, a spring mix, and instead of soaking the tuna in lemon, the chef tosses everything in a delicious kimchi sauce. For entrees, we had the duck basil in «hot» and chicken curry in «Thai spicy». FOREWARNING: if you are not used to eating Thai spicy, prepare yourself with your own personal travel pack of tissues throughout the meal and interesting sensations in your stomach the day after. I love spicy and enjoyed the curry with all my heart, but since I do not often eat food at the Thai level hotness, I can unshamefully admit that both of those things happened to me haha. Although we asked for«hot», our duck basil didn’t taste spicy at all. Or maybe the Thai curry covered up whatever spice the duck had. Anywho, the duck was more on the sweet side and I’m actually glad it didn’t end up feeling hot because it simmered down the curry for my taste buds when I needed a break. Fantastic duck! Love the amount of basil leaves infused with this dish.

Great ambiance! Lots of fine details such as woodcarved doors and tables. Some sashimi appetizers come on ice in large glowing martini glasses. The service was great. Very kind, polite, and attentive. I planned on ordering Shrimp Pad Thai but after I told our waitress she suggested the Seafood Pad Thai since she noticed that I ordered the Whole Grilled Calamari for my appetizer and guessed I would enjoy it more. She was right. The food slightly fell short of my expectations. The Whole Grilled Calamari was not seasoned whatsoever but came with soy sauce and sweet and sour sauce for dipping. To cook the calamari body thoroughly, which is thicker, they have to overcook the tentacles which made them tough. The Pad Thai was below average. In my experiences Pad Thai is very similar from restaurant to restaurant. This was the first time it was any less enjoyable. The Thai Tea was just right though. If there’s a next time I’ll be indulging in their sushi. I’ll be looking for a better Thai restaurant in town but in the meantime Thai House II will do in a pinch.

Man has this joint gone down, down and downer since I was last here 15 years ago(maybe more, who cares). None of the food was up to par and the very old duck had a most pungent odor. They made some limp excuse about the WiFi not working. Tsk tsk! What annoyed me more than anything was the fact that they never cleaned up the droppage between courses so at the check presentation it really was quite disgusting. I don’t know how they stay in business; maybe the public likes the nice napkin color, dunno?

I’ve been coming here for a few years. Friendly staff, great variety of menu options. Good for celebrations, date night, or just a quick bite. American Beauty roll is my favorite. If you like tuna, you’re in for a treat. The edamame is average — nothing special. The Thai style pillow seating was an interesting and fun experience, sadly they’ve gotten rid of that. Was one of the great features. The tables have very intricate detail — definitely add to the lovely ambiance all together. Very lovely server, Austin. He’s great, if you can. Ask for him!

The staff is very friendly and our waitress went the extra mile to make sure our expectations were met. She kept refilling our drinks without having to ask for it nor wait too long. The food is very good, not the best but good enough to talk about it and recommend it to any thai food lovers. The Satee Chicken is definitely an appetizer I recommend from this restaurant(the peanut butter sauce is amazing), the regular Pad Thai has a very subtle sweet taste that I enjoyed very much. The fried bananas would have probably been better with chocolate instead of honey but they are very good! So it is a good idea to keep some space for that dessert… The ambiance is really nice, the décor will have you talk about it as it is very detailed. The lights are dimmed, which I like, not too bright, not too dark. The settings make it easier to walk around without bumping to other people. And the restaurant is kept very clean…
