Wingstop

Not only do they have the best wings around, but they have such a great team. They are professional, courteous, friendly, and pretty much everything one would reasonably expect from a service provider. Every time I have stepped foot in this location I leave with a smile on my face and great food. Just can’t beat that!

Best location!!! Wings are plump, cooked and flavored right! I drive past the location near me to get the wings here. 4 stars because it takes a little longer even if I order pick up.

Yes the chicken is tasty esp the lemon pepper but if you enjoy your chicken wings sitting in a POOL OF OIL…
I really do not understand how no one else comments on the excessive oil; and no this was not my 1^st try. Also the same at the 441 store as well.

I’m not even a fan of chicken wings in general. So any place that has me eating their wings says a lot.
I have never had lemon pepper wings, but had only heard about them… OMG.
If you haven’t had them, go get them, seriously. I’m not kidding!
The parmesan weren’t my favorite, probably my least favorite of the 5 I tasted. The Cajun/​hot wings… PERFECT!

This is one of the few WingStop that allows me to ask for all flats. I love that. I placed an order online and half an hour later it wasn’t ready but other than that, I have no qualms.

It’s been a while since I went to Wingstop. I’m a fan of Wingstop lemon pepper wings. We don’t have any Wingstop restaurants in the Richmond area. I was excited to get Wingstop while visiting Miami. This location in North Miami was clean and well maintained. I ordered lemon pepper (traditional) & garlic parmesan (boneless) wings with fries. Our lemon pepper wings and fries were heavily salted. I think whoever cooked that day was heavy handed with seasonings. The garlic parmesan wings were tasty. The cashier was very friendly. Our food came out fast and hot. There’s a television in the dining area. This Wingstop is located in a small strip mall. I give this Wingstop location a 3.5 rating.

The wings are pretty good. Greasy and good. I got the lemon pepper and garlic parm that people go crazy over. They have a selection of boneless and regular wings. Due to the large call in orders I got the boneless so that I only had to wait 10 minutes instead of 20 minutes.
The establishment is clean and the staff is nice, not a bad place to eat in.
I would like to compare them with Cluck– u, but they have a lot of different flavors from Cluck-​U which I like. The french fries were okay, but not good enough to eat the whole thing. I liked the lemon pepper better, the Garlic Parm was kind of salty to me, maybe the seasoning is better on the actual wings. I’m not sure. I will definitely make my way back over here when in town.

Yay for crispy wings! I tend to get boneless wings because they’re less messy & complicated to eat, but I say go for the classic wings here! I ordered some lemon pepper boneless wings & some garlic parmesan boneless wings… too much breading on them but they were fried well so it was all very crispy. And dang, they were soooo salty! I tried a classic lemon pepper wing & it was really good, nice amount of crispiness. Considering there’s always a pool of oil/​sauce under all the flavors of wings I’ve seen, I was surprised! You get a generous heap of parmesan when you order garlic parmesan wings, where you wanna scoop the rest out with fingers to eat after your wings are gone. It’s in a lot of oil but yet it’s still tempting & delicious, ha ha. Alright fries… hmm, probably great with the leftover parmesan though. Saw the BBQ ones, they had a thick coating of sauce on them… not my style. The wings run small though, so you’ll need to order more than you would at a place with average-​sized wings. That makes it a bit more expensive but they were yummy!

Stopped by for ten wings; lemon pepper and teriyaki. Pretty solid wings. In a strip mall, but once you walk in it’s pretty nice. Staff was nice and worked well together. I’d go back for wings.

First time at a Wingstop! And I loved it! I’m with a crew working near by and used the online order feature through Unilocal.It worked perfectly. They I was two back in line and 5 mins early. Once I paid my order was maybe 5 mins past the time I was told. However, they did have a couple large to go orders in front of mine. I realize of course it’s only an estimated time of course. The fries are amazing, fresh, and seasoned well. The wings were large, well coated and separated. (We got the 30 wing pack) we had more dips than needed and the veggies were fresh as well!

Ordered online and wings were ready when I got there! Wings and fries were hot, fresh and tasty even at 11:45pm! And the staff was amazingly friendly!

A+ service and great wings! Called in my order and it was ready upon my arrival! Will be visiting again soon!

So I’ve had a few friends tell me how amazing Wing Stop is. So after an extremely long shift this was the only place open and decided to walk in and analyze.
I walked in and extremely uncertain of the sauces so I asked the cashier Brooke to taste some if the sauces. I didn’t like any so decided to get traditional wings with ranch, honey mustard, and mild on the side. I ordered a basket of French fries and HAD to have one yeast roll to try.
Waited about 15 – 20 minutes for my food until my name was called. No plates but there was silverware at least. The boneless chicken wings were super good and crunchy. (I hate soggy wings) french fries had a distinctive flavor to them if believe sugar they were bad. The yeast roll was delicious.
I wanted to throw away my tray and trash but there was no little dumpster. I left my tray there. Thanked Brooke which was super helpful and sweet and said if come back for more.

Great wings and food, but horrible communication skills… Ordered by phone 25 minutes earlier, still had to wait 20 minutes more when picking up, they told me 5 minutes… horrible customer service and logistics. hope they get better management of time and service

I love I love wingstop! When this location opened up I was excited since it’s so close to my house but I was quickly discouraged. I called my order in ahead of time because I had things to do. When I got there my order still wasn’t ready! I waited the 17 mins before coming in and I still had to wait there another 20 minutes! The workers were very polite and the food was good but the communication was definitely not there. I wish I had a better experience there.

A welcome addition to an area covered in so-​so fast food places. Good wings, served several different ways, and I always appreciate when a restaurant says «yes» when you ask for «just flats». I had someone pick my order up, so I’m not reviewing the physical location, just the food.
