Beware. Do not take your car to Francis Auto. Trust me. His wife and him are not completely honest and most likely, he will overcharge you. At first, they were able to fix small issues and not overcharge. I took my car to him to fix a costly problem. He overcharged me by at least $ 1,000 for a used part. I had to go back three times for the same problem and he still did not fix it after paying a lot of money and on top of it, an attitude. After realizing that he misdiagnosed my car, I took my car to another service provider that finally fixed my car. In summary, I had to pay for a service that was never fixed. NEVER GO TO THIS AUTO MECHANIC. If you do, make sure you get a 2^nd opinion, and research the prices before committing. Trust me… I am saving you time and money.

My family has been going to Francis for years. He’s a wonderful honest mechanic. His wife in the other hand, lacks customer service, is rude, disrespectful and argumentative. Once I used the bathroom, she checked behind me then returned to the waiting room with other customers and commented I caused the toilet paper to be damp and I left water on the toilet seat… etc. She will have you wait 20 minutes twice on the phone then hang up on you. Without her…5 stars… with her 1 star.

Francis and his wife run the best auto mechanic shop in Florida. period. end.

renic is the most honest, knowledgeable, mechanic around. it tells you a lot about his experience when dealerships use him to diagnose problems there people cant figure out. the only mechanic who touches my vehicles. been using him even before he had his own shop. I send everyone I know to him. even had people thank me for recommending him.

Saw the reviews on Unilocal and decided to give it a try. Went in to get my tire replaced and I had to wait almost 1 hour because he «had to finish working on someone elses car first.» It was hot and nobody even offered me a chair. I felt somewhat ignored. I was just standing there waiting meanwhile other mechanic guys just kept cracking jokes and even cursing. Not professional at all. After 1 hour they call me into an office I didnt even knew existed where there was an air conditioner, comfortable chairs and a plasma tv, but they only called me in to charge me and document me. All this for a tire change. Defenetly will not be going back for tires. Almost tripped on the way out because the place is so cluttered. Only 2 stars for affordability.

These people deserve a 5 star rating. Very very knowledgeable about all types of vehicles. People person and not hard on the prices. I went there because i had a little noise which was driving me crazy in my 2011 vw jetta. Reason why i would go there again. Great customer service, speedy repairs, straight forward, no lies or run arounds, he tells you your car has this and that is exactly what it is they diserve the years of service. And business they have obtained good job mena and francis keep up the great work.

I’ve been going to Francis for 10 years and he knows cars. He can listen to the engine and tell you what is wrong. He runs a very clean, organized and efficient shop. And he is fair about prices. Am a fan for sure.
