Good fish tacos and bad service. Water was warm and limited. To bad they let service be such a con for them.

This was my first time to a Bonefish. I went with friends on New Year eve. They are wonderful. I had a bad asthma attack from a customer that arrived and sat at a table next to us. The woman had too much perfume on causing me to have major breathing issues. The waitress and hostess moved us to another area. They were so accommodating. The food was great and they were so pleasant and wonderful I have spread the word how great this restaurant is. The waitress was wonderful also. Everyone was wonderful. They were very kind The food was great and well worth the prices. My fav place

We love this place! Always good and menu changes up occasionally(seasonally). Service has always been very professional. One of the best chain restaurants in the area.

Love Eating at Bonefish. Fish and Seafood dishes are always delicious. I hate to complain about their steaks because they are more of a seafood restaurant, but the 2 times I’ve gotten steaks(sirloin or filet) they were very tough and grissley. So don’t think I will order them again. Bang Bang shrimp and Strawberry Shortcake are the BEST!!!

Authentic Pad Thai! Gotta start with bang bang shrimp or the cocoanut shrimp! Then save room for key lime pie! Very courteous staff!

I had never been to Bonefish Grill before, so this was certainly an exciting experience. Their speciality, grilled fish, is indeed cooked to perfection. We ordered the tuna(medium rare was absolutely delicious), the rainbow trout, and the seasonal scallops with all the sauces on the side. I must say the scallops were particularly memorable and juicy with a buttery, but not overwhelming glaze. And the bang bang shrimp appetizer was amazing! It blended spicy, creamy, and crunchy fried shrimp in a innovative and mouth-watering way. I was a little disappointed by the vegetables, however. I understand that the focus should be on the seafood, but the green beans and broccoli we ordered were sub-par, somewhat flavorless, and a bit undercooked. The seasonal garnish of zucchini was excellent, though. We were greeted by a classy, but relaxed ambiance and a very knowledgeable server. It was a great time overall!

We ate at Bonefish a couple of years ago. My fish was almost raw. I didn’t like it. Tonight I ordered the special — bass with ginger over spinach — sounds good, doesn’t it? I asked that it be well done. It wasn’t! I was disappointed. Service was very good otherwise.

Okay so this was a hit or miss… Some of the items were very good and the others were dry and bland or needed more cheese and more truffles. I was disappointed in the macaroni and cheese. I love truffle macaroni and cheese but this one either truffles or cheese. The Seabass was good when added a little extra oil on top to moist it. Caesar salad way too much pepper, but over all it was a good size and tasted good. The side peas was overcooked put the broccoli was perfect. Over all I noticed this place was featured by middle age white people that enjoy bland food. My friends and I were wearing Summer dresses and the waitstaff wouldn’t stop staring. Apparently you should be wearing a tie and slacks while eating here. Overall good if you enjoy bland food.

Loved this place! Finally found fresh creative food. The bang bang shrimp is a must get! Their specialty blueberry infused vodka drink was served in a glass made completely of ice. Really yummy and very cool idea. It made you drink it faster which made it even more fun. Staff is very friendly and professional! I’m here for four more days and I’m sure I’ll be back at least two more times

The Bang Bang shrimp tacos were great, along with the calamari appetizer. But the best thing for me, was the pressed blackberry sangria, they actually had it in a French press and brought it to the table, very fresh and good.

We were a party of eleven. Other than the entrée, we waited for everything, from soda water to our meal, to the bill, everything took a long time to come. To top things off, one of the meals was totally forgotten. We were told it was coming, so everyone waited to eat, but, it didn’t come. Finally, a manager delivered the missing meal which we refused, because by now, everyone was sharing their food. To be fair, food was good, service, not so much.

I was a bit apprehensive going to Bonefish, since I have never been to one before. I always considered it to be a bit too«classy» for a simple guy like me. However, my wife recently went to one and loved it, so she insisted we try it together. First impression was good, nice atmosphere, plenty of sitting, and the hostess was very helpful. The manager also came by the table to greet us and answer some questions. Our waitress was great, very friendly and patient. We ordered our food and when it came out, my belief that they would be too«classy» was confirmed. The food looked wonderful and arranged in a visually appealing fashion. Little works of art. Unfortunately, that means that the taste was«off»(to me, like I said, I’m very simple). It wasn’t bad, just not for me. That being said, based on the service and atmosphere I would certainly come back and try a different dish, and see if maybe I just selected poorly for my first time.

In North Myrtle Beach for my parent’s 46th wedding anniversary they had the choice of picking anywhere to go for dinner before I took them to the Legends show. Their choice, Bonefish Grill… We had been on the hunt for good seafood ever since we started going to NMB and have not been greatly impressed yet, but knew we could rely on Bonefish. We show up, there was apparently a 15-minute wait. We thought it would be a problem because the show was at 8pm and the time was 5:45 but, the way people were moving, we figured it wouldn’t really be 15– turns out was only about five… the 20 minute wait must have been for the server to get to our table… it took a while, but he showed up and because we had so much time we put in our whole order, drinks, appetizer, and entrée. 45 minutes later, we were still waiting for both. He came back to the table with drinks, and appeared to be a bit dismayed we hadn’t even gotten our appetizers yet so he said he was going to go back and check. Almost an hour later, we still hadn’t gotten our appetizers and two tables who arrived after us had already finished their dinners and left; three others already had their food. I felt a bit ridiculous sitting there all dressed up for this celebration that I thought was sort of significant — I mean, yea, they were my parents but how many make it this far? 46 years? And yet people just kept walking by us. Anyway, after the second time he showed up(20 mins later) and saw we didn’t have our food yet and we were long dry drink wise said he would go hurry them up, took another order of drinks and apparently went and told his manager. She came to the table and said she had heard about the delay and was terribly sorry. She said she had just got back from the kitchen and promised it would be out in 5 minutes and said she would take care of the appetizers for us. I thanked her and then asked if we could also just get the check too at this point because it was already 7:20 or so and we didn’t think we would have much time to make it to the show. We told her we would go ahead and still eat if the entrees we ordered ever showed but that we needed to leave by 7:45, 7:50 at the latest. Finally the appetizers came– my father’s mussels were really good; the broth excellent. My favorite bang bang shrimp was okay. I opted for the flatbread as opposed to the bowl. Unfortunately, the shrimp didn’t have much dressing on it, and the flatbread was so black in places rom where they had burned it that it was inedible. I showed the server when he came back to check on us and tell us our meals were on their way. Again, he showed some dismay which at least was nice, but to this point, I wish he had been back enough to at least feed us some drinks to deaden the pain of the evening… At some point, the manager came back and said she had heard we were celebrating our special occasion and said she was thrilled that we chose Bonefish to celebrate but so sorry it was turning out to be such a bad experience– they are honored when people choose Bonefish to share their special occasions. She said she had also checked on the food, it should be on its way out. Thankfully she didn’t offer any excuses which would have sent my mother through the roof– she hates that. The manager then said she wanted to take care of the whole check. I told her that really wasn’t necessary, the appetizers were enough– it took forever and my flatbread was ridiculous, but the entrees were fabulous and did not disappoint. She however insisted and left to take care of it. This was a horrible experience and I felt horrible that no one wanted to treat my parents as special as I did but who can blame me. But, as I told her, though it was beyond disappointing it was not so much that we would stop eating at Bonefish restaurants. Typically the food is always very good, well prepared, and quite sophisticated– these appetizers were the worse to date. But the manager at Bonefish went out of her way to try and make it up to us. I can only imagine however what they did to our food — I hear chefs and line cooks tend to take stuff out on unruly customers despite how much it is there fault.

Whenever you tell someone that you’ve never dined at Bonefish grill, the immediate response is followed by some sort of facial muscular spasm with dilated pupils and a long, audible gasp. The next statement is always«You have to get the bang-bang shrimp». I’ve still never dined in, and only had takeout. I ordered with a group, and enjoyed the bang-bang shrimp and calamari as appetizers. Although, the shrimp was fried and fresh, with some nice sauces on the side, I don’t think I quite understand the infatuation people have with this dish. The calamari was bland; but, that’s usually the case, and that’s what sauces are for. Both entrees of sea scallops & shrimp, and salmon were pretty good. Again, a lot of the flavor relies heavily on the sauces. It’s not down-home-cooking… it’s not celebrity chef fare… it’s just fresh, and sometimes that’s enough. Now, my bone to pick with this particular location is, oddly enough, going to be for their beverages. Actually, it’s just one beverage. Sweet Tea. We are in the South. I’m not really expecting a national chain restaurant to serve diabetes-in-a-cup, but could you at least put some sugar in the tea? If I’d ordered regular iced tea, I’d have to categorize this one as unsweetened. Anyway, no one goes to Bonefish for tea, so I need to get over it.
