I arrive to myrtle beach with my friends and we are tired and hungry. We don’t really want to go out to eat since we’ve been sitting in a car for 9 hours. So like the many people before us who arrive at the beach at 7 pm, we order a pizza. But what kind of pizza? MEATLOVER’S PIZZA. Who has it? Lucky’s. Hell of a pizza. You’re at the beach, eat seafood. But let’s say you need a little New York style pizza, you need Lucky’s. Didn’t even bother asking if they took American Express. I paid straight cash money.

Pepperoni calzone was very good and enough food for 2 people. Delivery to our hotel took about 30 min.

Pizza was good. Had the carnivore. Lots of toppings, flavorful sauce, and delivery was fast. Wife ordered a deluxe sandwich and she said it was ok, but nothing special. Good price and good food.

Super yummy pizza! Got half buffalo chicken and half deluxe! Great pizza that is a little more on the thin crust side, I believe it was brick oven — which we love! Cheese on the pizza was super yummy! Would definitely repeat this place!

The x-large pies are smaller than a regular back home. Toppings were minimal and literally all in the center so after a bite or two you were left with a plain pie. Disappointing. The chicken parm subs were not even on toasted bread. Not good

Long wait on Saturday night about an hour and a half. If I would of known I wouldn’t of ordered. The owner should staff better during the busy time

We called Lucky’s to have a couple of pizzas delivered on our first night of vacation. I was a bit surprised when they said it would be an hour. Seems kind of long, but ok. It actually took more like an hour and ten or an hour and 15 minutes. The pizza wasn’t bad, but I didn’t feel like there was anything that set it apart from most other pizza places. I also felt like it was pricier than the average pizza place. On a positive side, we did get exactly what we ordered — no mess ups. If I lived in the area, I might give them another try, but I would definitely do carry out rather than waiting so long for delivery and then having both a delivery fee and a tip to bring the price up even more. I also found it disappointing that I couldn’t use a 40% off Groupon that I had found because they don’t honor them for delivery, only for dining in and carry out. One more reason to not use them for delivery.

Vegan Friendly! The folks in this place are probably the nicest, friendliest people I have met in a restaurant in several years. I was immediately and warmly greeted by several people when I walked in. When I asked if the pizza crust and sauce were vegan, I was told they could not ‘certify’ it because they get their dough from a bakery but it was their belief it was and they knew the sauce was. So I ordered two veggie special pizzas and asked if I could substitute a vegetable for the cheese at the same price, and without hesitation they were willing to accommodate this request(which, of course, saved them money!) We did not want to eat for several hours so I told them what time I would be back to pick them up and the pizzas were done and waiting for us. Again, greeted warmly by everyone and acknowledged right away. This was so refreshing as one of our favorite restaurants started to take our business for granted and started to act as if they could not care that we walked in the door, so we do not patronize that restaurant any more. We had a buy one get one free coupon from the back of our Kroger grocery store coupon. People should never go out to eat in this town to try a restaurant the first time without a coupon, they are all over!

This place has great food, large portions and decent prices. We ordered the chicken parm sub, large Caesar salad and the cheese calzone. The calzone is the size of a medium pizza and dripping in buttery, garlic goodness. The sub was very tasty and the salad could feed 3 people. We will go here again!

Really tasty pizza, came in after a baseball game for lunch and was greeted happily. The smell was strong Italian. Prices are very reasonable for a homemade pizza. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Really satisfied and will come back for a future visit!

We loved it 5 of us had 3 pizzas and they were great tasting. Tomato sauce made for a great taste with pepperoni sand beef. Said it would be 45 minutes and it was. Didn’t expect fast delivery if want sooner would have gone got it. Was hot and tasty

We walked in on a Saturday night primarily because we were hungry and lots of stuff closes at 9PM. It’s also in the same shopping center with Kroger. The other reviewers are correct, it’s nothing to look at but the food was good and very reasonably priced. We originally wanted a sub but apparently they had a run on subs and were out of bread so we got a ham and pepperoni calzone instead. The tall young man behind the counter couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. We sat down to wait for our calzone and he brought plates, silver and cups of ice. The calzone arrived hot out of the oven, it was huge! The marinara that was on the side was nice and thick and WARM! We devoured the calzone in pretty short order. The young man came back by to see how our food was and offered more sauce and he brought it by. If I lived in the area, I would be going back often.

Labor Day Weekend and the kids and wife on the beach, hungry, so head to Lucky’s as I have for the past few yeats. Ordered a large cheese and a small pepperoni, jalapeño and mushroom. PERFECT! The sauce is sweet and tangy and the cheese was nit greasy. Best pizza and convenient to where we always stay.

We tried this place from a recommendation for the first time. We got a large pizza &2 drinks for under $ 15 so not bad price wise. Its not upscale on the inside what so ever but I find places like that have great food. The pizza looked greasy so I dabbed it with a paper towel, don’t know if it was olive oil or just grease from the pepperoni. After doing that & ate it, it wasn’t to bad. The sauce was tasty & the crust was really good. I was impressed that they deliver until 4 am. We are locals so its fun comparing different pizza places. I don’t think I would get one delivered or get one to go due to the grease, I think it would be a little soggy. They also give locals a discount.

We ordered delivery on Saturday night. Understandably, they were busy and told us up front it would be an hour. Delivery girl was friendly. Pizza was good, nothing extraordinary. Greek salad was awesome!
