I was in Ohio for a few days and I stopped into this Starbucks every day I was there haha Each day the coffee was awesome and my breakfast sandwiches were too! Service was always with a smile too! Don’t have any complaints at all about this spot. They open at 5am too which was great because my last day in Ohio– i had to be on my way back home starting at about 5am so I got to start my trip home with some delicious coffee

Great location. It’s not in the more busy area near the mall it’s set aside a bit. My drink are always made correctly and fast.
Just to be clear about the secret menu.
1. Tip if it’s going to be some crazy customized drink, esp if it’s your reward drink and you’re not paying for it
2. It’s a secret menu. The Baristas are only taught what is on the menu. KNOW THE RECIPE before you go! Dont be like that other reviewer, give a bad review Bc the barista doesn’t know how to make some crazy drink somebody else made up..

We decided to stop here for some Frappucino’s. I was in the mood for the «Terry’s Chocolate Orange» flavor. This is one of the many specialty flavors that is not included on their standard menu but you can request them to make it. This flavor has been offered to me by employees at several Starbucks locations particularly around the holidays, and I have also walked in and requested it myself several times with no problem. So today I told the employee that I would like a «Grande Terry’s Chocolate Orange» Frappucino and they were very confused. They proceeded to ask me what that was and if I knew what ingredients are in it. I thought to myself «well, no I don’t because I don’t work here.» But I said «I would assume chocolate and orange.» Common sense. The employee then asked a coworker if she knew anything about the flavor. She had absolutely no idea what it was and just kept saying «what??» At this point I’m frustrated and confused as to why the employees seem so unknowledgeable. Yes I understand that this is a specialty drink and not on the listed menu but I’ve been given free samples of this flavor by them many times! These «secret flavors» are also all over the Internet and you would think that in order to work at Starbucks you should know that. I know I am not the only one to be requesting this. And anyways, I wouldn’t even have known what this flavor was if Starbucks has not offered it to me themselves in the past! The whole situation was ridiculous and at this point I’m frustrated and just decide to order something else, something I get all the time: a Strawberries and Crème Frappucino. So when I got my drink I immediately knew the employee didn’t make it right, just upon looking at it. I took one drink once I got to my car and it was nothing but liquid. Frappucinos are supposed to be FROZEN. I tried stirring it up but the whole thing was just liquified and then upon closer inspection it became obvious that there was no crème added to it (other than the whipped cream on top.) Hence the name «Strawberries and CREME.» What I got was literally just strawberry syrup blended with ice. I will include a picture. Please note, I get this drink all the time and what I got today did not even come close to resembling what it should be. I couldn’t drink it, it was so disgusting. This has been, by far, the most disappointing pitiful service I have ever received at a Starbucks, not to mention a complete waste of money.

My favorite! Anything salted caramel here is to die for. This location is a little bit off the beaten path and away form the hustle and bustle of North Olmsted. I wish it was closer since the other one is in the mall and not super convenient. I wish the new Giant Eagle one permitted you to use coupons and freebies because that one is pretty nice.

There’s no drive thru and that’s all you need to know about this Starbucks. Haha.
It’s a spacious Starbucks with a lot of seating. Just connected to a mini mall that doesn’t have drive thru access. I’m lazy when it comes to getting my very berry hibiscus fix– I don’t want to exit my car.
Barely any wait and everyone smiles. Bonus star because they spelled my name correct on my cup :)

I come here to study a lot. Hardly ever even buy drinks but they don’t care, which is nice of them.

I don’t like Starbucks. At all. Dunkin Donuts all the way for life.
BUT, this honestly is a great location.
The staff are always super nice and conversive.
The lounge is so relaxing where you and another can come and have a relaxing coffee date for hours.
It’s like 3 minutes away from my house too so that’s cool.

The coffee drinks, cookies & cakes, and baristas here are top notch. However, never come here with your wife and 8 year old and attempt to have a normal conversation. You will be met by cold expressionless stares emanating from behind computer screens and contorted facial expressions by the chosen Starbucks Gulag elite! The environment here can be rather staid and sterile, full of self-​important WiFi surfers full of themselves. You’d think that some of these posers and losers have a (more) secure WiFi connection at home, but for many of these folks, it is the only time they get out!

This has long been one of my favourite Starbucks locations in the area, and with the recent remodel and addition of a Clover machine – one of the first stores in the area to get one – it has gotten even better.
There’s almost always ample seating, a great fireplace with big comfy chairs, and lots of places to plug in your gadgets. The miserably slow AT&T Wi-​Fi is gone, replaced by a reasonably speedy Google-​provided connection, making this Starbucks a great place to camp out with your MacBook for a few hours and get some work done. The baristas here are consistently friendly and efficient, keep things clean, and do a good job remembering regulars’ drink orders.
As for the coffee? Well, it’s Starbucks. Acceptable mass-​market coffee and espresso-​based drinks, though some of the Starbucks Reserve options on the Clover rise to the level of actually being good. Still, there’s nothing here to compete with the top-​tier indie shops in town like Rising Star or Pour.

Favorite coffee shop on the west side. There’s plenty of cozy places to sit and meet people and the drinks are spot on.

Quite possibly the busiest Starbucks in the county. Those who work there shall have a special grave marker like civil war veterans when they pass.
Seriously. Everyone knows where this place is. Example: One is asked where they live and said «North Olmsted, Ohio» The questioner stands there confused.
Then you follow the response with «. on Lorain by the mall near STARBUCKS» then their eyes would light up! Perhaps a North Korean would know where this place is.
Its the hitching post. You’ll see anybody there: office workers, students, retirees, chain smokers, recently awoken vacationers…

Sometimes I need coffee. To make coffee, I would have to boil water and put it into a cup with sugar and, if I’m being honest, I’m just not ready to do that much science today. So I come here.

Sorry, as long as the service is good, I am a pathetic Starbucks-​a-​holic.

Cozy, dark, comfy — my favorite kind of coffeeshop. But really, I only ever get takeout here, and the staff is efficient, pleasant and lovely to interact with, so I’m a fan.

Great staff, pretty quick for the line we had.

Great staff here! Very friendly and they get things done fast. I am a regular but by the third or fourth time I went in, they knew my order already. Highly recommend!
