Service is always friendly juice selection is insane they have 300+ different flavors and if they dont have it they will try to get it for you for next time. JoJo also carries a boatload of different mods, tanks, rda’s you name it seriously the selection for just about anything you want is always diverse. I started with my first 20 watt ecig here and felt comfortable and unhurried to move on even though i soon did. If you’re looking for solid information to talk about what you dont know without feeling judged or about the more intricate details this is you’re place.

Jojo’s is a top notch vape store, suitable whether you are an absolute beginner or a veteran cloud chaser.
I’m some where in between that. I wish when I first started vaping, I had a store like Jojo’s to go to. Diving into the world of vaping can be pretty intimidating when you first start, but Jojo’s is a very inviting and welcoming experience.
One of my absolute favorite things about this shop is that all of their juices are made to order. You can mix any flavor combination your heart desires. This is common in other states, but Cleveland hasn’t caught on for some reason. Jojo is definitely ahead of the game here! The juices they offer are also high quality, at outrageously affordable prices.
And the customer service… where do I start? First off, customer service isn’t even really the appropriate term because you are treated like a friend. Jojo, the owner, obviously truly and genuinely cares about every patron that walks through the door. As I was being waited on, he knew and greeted every patron that walked through the door by their first names. It is very plain to see that he is truly dedicated to helping people stop smoking cigarettes, and it’s awesome. Even though I know a decent amount about vaping, I’m by no means an expert and he took a good amount of time explaining how to operate the new set up I bought. As someone who has been to well over 30+ vape shops in the past three years, I truly appreciated this because it’s the first time it’s ever happened for me.
Last but not least, the pricing. The pricing is outrageously competitive. The set up I bought cost me $ 87 before taxes before walking out the door. He threw in a couple of extras at no cost. Out of curiosity I looked up what it would have cost me online to purchase the same set up. Dollar to dollar it was about the same price, which is absolutely unheard of at a brick and mortar vape shop. Add in the fact that if I ever have any questions or issues with the device I purchased, I can walk back in and get help and the value is significantly higher than anything I could ever purchase online.
And did I mention they mix their juice made to order???

I am a beginner when it comes to vaping. My first vapor pen broke not too long after I bought it and I decided that I liked vaping enough that I wanted to invest in something more sturdy. After reading many great reviews for Jojo’s Smokeless World, I decided to make a trip.
Every review I read about this place was spot on. Jojo himself helped me pick out a JStick and a mouthpiece and even supplied a charger and filled the canister with e-​juice so he could show me how to properly set it up so it fires efficiently.
The package was very decently priced for what I got and i was reassured that I went with the right place because Jojo assured me that if I had any issues that I could bring it back no questions asked and he could fix it or replace it for the first 6 months.
I will definitely be returning to Jojo’s Smokeless World for all my vaping needs.

Jojo talked with me for over an hour explaining the wonderful world of vaping. I walked in there a smoker and walked out a non-​smoker. It’s been almost 4 weeks since I had a cigarette. Jojo is the Martha Stewart of vaping. I can’t recommend this place enough. Watch, I’ll get hit by a bus tomorrow. But hey, that’s ok, I’ll die a non-​smoker.

Update. Kanger subtank rba had a dripping issue and he had no problem in fixing or replacing anything defective. It’s not just in the purchase that you find quality but in the customer service.

This place is a veritable, awesome mecca of smokeless e-​cigs and other vaping paraphernalia! The selection is second to none, and prices are excellent. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable, and not ‘pushy’ or overly assertive at all. I also seemed to get the impression that they will not sell this stuff to minors, which I am thankful for. In addition, vaping has helped many people I know quit smoking, and I am all for that!
