Had dinner with friends there last night. The restaurant was very busy and we waited about 40 minutes to be seated. Our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The orders arrived quickly and very well prepared. It was a very enjoyable and delicious meal.

The staff was great, the atmosphere was nice & the food was really delicious. My only complaint is that the portions did not match the price.

Had the scallops and they where perfect. Not rubbery or soft but just right with a sauce that didn’t take away the taste. The bread and pesto sauce where great not a hard crust but firm. Had the chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream. Perfect ending. Servers are very polite and fast, they don’t bother you every five mins but seem to come by when you need them.

I’ve been her a 100 times and the food is usually pretty good. But this time I tried the special which was scallops on top of corn risotto, with sautéed veggies. I was not impressed. The presentation was sloppy and over the sides of the plate and I was not wowed as I usually am when I have my meal there. My house salad was amazing as usual, of course I’ll return, but I’ll stay away from that special.

Yes, a fan. We have been to BF all along the east coast and west coast of Florida. Neva had a poor experience, consistent quality, menu changes and often have the meat dishes. Local seafood, often not. We don’t do BF for local catch. Tonite, had lamb chops, on the fixed price deal, she had the turbo Oscar price fixed. Both outstanding. Love the house salad with hearts of palm. Crazy donut things with various sugar sauces for topping… Our experience is it is always reaaly good value, service, house wine pours, and attentive staff. Always return no matter where are are. Out.

I love our local Bonefish Grill in Tampa! I thought all of them were run the same way being a franchise and all. At least I did until about 10 minutes after eating my favorite appy, bang bang shrimp. The nausea really hit when the main course was delivered. I asked my wife to pay and take a doggie bag for the whole dinner and meet me in the car. The mayo in the bb shrimp must have been bad or something(I did not touch a drop of alcohol all day, even though I ordered a dirty when we ordered the appy, but it never showed up). Last night at the hotel, I puked harder than I can ever remember! Lost 3 lbs overnight. A lifetime lasting memory indeed. No more Bonefish Grill PBG for me. Thought about calling manager today instead of writing this review but after reading other reviews, don’t think they would have cared.

Walked in 30mins before closing time and was seated by a friendly greeter right away. Sat in a comfy booth with a clean brown paper table cover, which I found very convenient and reminiscent of the theme of a fresh fish market. My waiter was very warm, professional and attentive, and didn’t make me feel rushed, despite the fact that they were closing soon. The Arctic Char was light and tender and absolutely delicious! It came w/fresh and crunchy snap peas, and the side of my choice, jasmine rice, which was soft and sticky, and the perfect complement! The only reason I can’t give this place a fifth star is because the food is too expensive for me to visit regularly without a coupon. If you can get some sort of discount(or a lot of disposable income), you have should run, not walk, here ASAP and have yourself an amazing meal!

This is a chain restaurant so don’t look for innovative, inventive, one of a kind dishes prepared by a celebrity chef. But if you want a decent meal at moderate prices, this is one of the best. Their menu changes slightly over the seasons — but there are some standards that are terrific. Their mussels are excellent — although the individual mussel size varies at different times of the year. We come here for the fish. There is a nice variety and a choice of sizes as well — for small or large appetites. There is only one way to cook fish — and that is just right — not under or over-cooked. And Bonefish nails it every time. It takes an excellent restaurant to turn out consistently and appropriately cooked fish and seafood. The room is large and is fairly noisy — the lighting is dim. There are tables as well as booths(which are large, comfy and intimate) — and they easily seat 6 – 8 people. The wait staff is friendly and services is usually prompt, although at busy times it can be a bit scruffy. You are served by a team of people — not just one waiter. We have been here many many times — with friends and family — and have always had a good meal.

The restaurant resembles a local restaurant for a chain restaurant. We recently visited this restaurant for Valentine’s Day and with reservations we were seated as soon as we showed up. For the most part, the fish menu selections were priced well except for the farm raised Chilean Sea Bass which was pricey. I had ordered the scallops and shrimp which was small in portion and disappointing overall. When I ask the waiter about the dish prior ordering, he stated that the scallops were large and it was a good choice. That alone was disappointing that our waiter was not at the top of his game.

Good meal at community table. Mahi, au gratin potatoes, asparagus. Done properly. Table service ok.

I haven’t been to Bonefish Grill in few years and forgot how good it was. We went here on New Years Eve, they had an excellent NYE menu for only $ 29.99 per person which included fresh bread, famous bang bang shrimp for appetizer, lobster and steak dinner and chocolate crème brûlée for dessert. Even though they were packed, we still got great service and the food was hot and fresh! Everything was delicious, def going back very soon!

We enjoyed everything that was ordered, which is very unusual. The service was also excellent. I didn’t realize this was a national chain. I have only been to this location and will certainly go back.

Can I give it a zero? I normally really like Bonefish. I’ve been to this location several times. Went for Christmas Eve dinner. I had made a reservation. It took then about 40 minutes to seat us. We ordered and waited. The waitress and others all kept telling us that our food will be out in a few minutes. Took well over an hour for food to be delivered. When it finally came, some of the food was cold others were overcooked. The only positive was that the manager did comp our meal; but not our drinks. Just very poor service. They allowed themselves to be overbooked and didn’t know how to handle the crowd.

Six of us went on a Friday evening. Free valet parking was the first pleasant surprise. This restaurant is quite large, and was packed. The long bar was full, and folks were enjoying a cocktail, and many were also eating. The dining room has a combination of booths and tables, and again… large. Lighting is quite subdued, and actually forced a couple in our party to use the flashlight feature of their smartphones to read the menu. On balance, a pleasant setting. Service was a bit disjointed, with different people showing up to take drink orders… which got lost in the shuffle… until our waitress took over. So here we are in a fish restaurant, but there were no fish items on the menu from the local waters here… sad. I guess most, if not all, their stuff is frozen. The menu has limited offerings, but sufficient, as is the wine list. Our entrée portions are smallish… not a bad thing, salads and sides come with some items, and a few of us ordered a wedge as a starter. It wasn’t so much a wedge as a small slab, but they were only $ 4. The food was average, at best, but the value equation good. Some of us had dessert and coffees that we shared. Our bill came to $ 63 pre tip, per couple. That included $ 18 in wine per couple. You can see that a decent(not great) meal in a nice setting need not cost a fortune, especially if you cut back on the booze, and it may explain why the restaurant was crowded.

Home run. Everything from the service, to the cleanliness, and even the water was exceptional. The food was outstanding, complimentary bread was fresh, bang bang shrimp perfect. Top notch!

I’ve recently relocated to the area and was looking for a nice place and a friend suggested this place. I ordered the Shrimp Pad Thai my dining companion ordered the Shrimp Tacos. The Shrimp Pad Thai was delicious and I had plenty to take home for left overs. There were 3 Shrimp Tacos and they were overflowing with shrimp and he raved about them. I could have been more satisfied with the food or the service. I can’t wait to return.

Today is my moms birthday so we decided to stop by bonefish grille. As we walked in I made sure to tell the hostess that it was my moms birthday. Normally the hostess should go tell the server in our section if it’s someone’s birthday… well this never happened. Yes my mistake for not telling the server myself but the hostess should of done her job and relay the message. I loved the service by our server and the food was delicious. Just don’t expect the hostess to relay anything to your server. They obviously don’t know how to do their job right.(Helping people that come in and pay for good food)

I usually go here on Sunday nights. Always a great place for drinks. I have been going here for years and I have never ordered an entrée. I always end up ordering around 4 different appetizers. Take your partner and order Wild Orchid Hawaiian Martini and the Bang Bang Shrimp. After dinner you most likely will get a bang bang yourself.

If there was an option for zero stars that is what I would have selected. We attempted to eat at Bonefish tonight and when I told the hostess we had five adults and three babies I was told they cannot accommodate eight people. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. We went to Duffy’s Sports Grill next door and received excellent service.

Chain restaurant, excellent food and service… We came here for Christmas Eve, as a treat, for a fish dinner that we knew would be delicious. We were not disappointed. The prices are a little high but the dinner was excellent. Service is great with an attentive staff and frequent visits to fill our glasses and check on our orders. Bread comes out warm with warmed bread plates. That’s always a special detail. For appetizers, I ordered the beet salad with goat cheese. Excellent. My husband ordered fried oysters. He was very happy. We both ordered the lobster tails, one of the more expensive dishes at $ 27 each. We each were served two lobster tails, split. They were super delicious, cooked over a wood fire, filled with flavor. Small heated pots were given to each of us, with melted butter. Everything about the meal was wonderful! I have been to a Bonefish before and will return here. I held back giving it the 5th star because of the prices and the fact that it’s a chain restaurant, but really, the food is excellent!
