Sunbelt Title Agency

We used Sunbelt as our closing agent when we purchased our home. Sunbelt was unprofessional and did not communicate well. There were several documents we were supposed to receive before closing that Sunbelt did not email to us. After the closing, I had a question about a charge on my credit card that I thought should have been paid by Sunbelt, so I called Sunbelt and left a message for Michelle. She never returned my call. Sunbelt also did not title the property how we wanted it to be titled. When I emailed Sunbelt and asked them to correct their mistake, my email was ignored. Finally, Sunbelt was slow to make payments after closing, causing us to receive a late notice and notice of cancellation.

Our sellers use Sunbelt Title Agency on PGA Blvd. and we were very impressed by Michelle. This was our first time buying a home and she was incredibly patient and accommodating. We had several bottlenecks from the bank throughout the process, but she was very sweet and professional. I would highly recommend using Michelle and Sunbelt for any of your home closings.
