Horable they took a 3000 dollar deposit. And told my daughter it was refundable. And she did not get the loan from them. And they kept the deposit. She felt threatened by the owners from the middle east.

I purchased a vehicle from here about 5 months ago, and not even a day passed that I began to have issues with the vehicle. First of all, they do not prep their cars. They sit you down and tell you whatever you want to hear and will do anything just to make a sale. I bought the car at night time so I was unaware of some of the cosmetic damages. The brakes were beyond due, all 4 tires were completely bold, the car needed an alignment, along with 5 other issues. I was promised certain things and they did not keep their word. I was told to bring the remaining of a down payment within a month after I had already left most of it down. After a day of having the car I realized all the problems it had and wanted to bring it back ASAP. I called the finance manager and the sales representative multiple times and was urging them to let me bring it back. I told them not to send the deal to the bank because I was not trying to keep the car and after they told me they wouldn’t send the deal, of course they did anyway. After a week of no response I had no choice but to call the bank and cancel the loan myself. They were trying to put me in the position to where I was stuck with the vehicle, which I was not going to allow. It then became a battle whether I was going to get my refund or not. It got to the point where I had to take legal actions. After a constant battle, stress, and time wasted, I finally got them to agree to give me my money back after returning the car. After promised to receive a check a day later, THREE weeks pass and still nothing. I called everyday and then finally received an email of a paper I was supposed to sign to agree to half the money I gave. WHICH WAS OUTRAGEOUS. Another battle began and then finally after all this mess I got most of my money back. I’d advise anyone to refrain from this private business. It is run by a family and they will do whatever, legal or illegal to make their money!!! They should change the name to killed cars, the cars are used and abused!

I would avoid these guys at all cost. Initially the service and the experience was amazing. They made you feel at home and emphasized family. BUT they aren’t honest. They have a few erroneous fees that are hidden a $ 995 fee, $ 1295 fee, and a bank fee. All erroneous. They buy all these cars from auction and try to bait you by listing the price lower online. Expect to pay additional $ 3000 – 4500 in erroneous fees! After the sale we attempted to get the full paperwork and they didn’t want to give it to us. And it took these guys forever to send us our plates. The temp plates expired before they got them to us. We ended up going back to the dealership to dispute and called the North Plainfield Police to file a complaint. We plan to pursue legal action for he erroneous fees. It’s a shame we came back in there and they treated us like lepers. They didn’t say anything to us. Andy/​Mike. At the end of the day the police officer said he frequently visits this establishment because other customers have had the similar issues.

Totally ridiculous, you feel like if you’re not careful they’ll turn you upside down to shake the money from your pockets. I went there to test drive a high mileage mini van. But before I was allowed to drive the vehicle I was told I must sign an agreement with an agreed price before hand. Then he proceeded to tell the mini van was worth way more than its value and he tacked on all kinds of frivolous fees. I told him he was crazy and walked out. Needless to say buyers beware.

The office and service was professional and presentable. What led us to take a look at this place was a car promoted on
that was advertised at $ 10,900 which is within our budget. Before being allowed to test drive the car, we were asked to sit down and go over the price of car and associated add on fees in VERY small print ON THEIR SITE. When you go there, be aware that you’ll be paying 3k to 5k MORE than advertised price. This is sweet deception and trust was broken quickly.

Horrible place. My sister purchased her car from here. It took them 3 weeks to get it to her then once she got it nothing worked (sunroof, gps, broken axel, charging ports, wondows) when we complained they said to bring it back and they will take care of it. Kept the car for 2 months and fixed nothing on it. Told us they will send us a reimbursement check so we can take it to our own mechanic nothing ever came in the mail. If you talk to them everyone is some kind of manager so when you complain they point fingers at each other but fix nothing about it, their is even one who says he works for the NJ sheriff department and flashes his badge. If legal action threats are made. This place clearly violates the NJ lemon laws and should be shut down. My sister purchased their warranty when she got her car and apparently it doesn’t cover much. We even took the car to me to see if they can fix anything and they told us that the car has a lot of non bmw parts in it so please don’t waste your time or money in this place.

complete crooks! these people have no integrity and give new meaning to snake used car dealers. they ripped my son off and refused to make good on a lemon they sold him after it broke down on route 22 in less than 24 hrs after deal. they lied about the down payment on the bank application unbeknownst to my son. we had to call the police. bad people!

I never wrote a review. But I just want to warn people not to do business with this dealership. they cash checks and say they never received them. I had to contact my bank for copy of check and fax to them, then I get a «o ya I forgot we cashed your check» when they have been telling me it was never received so I can get my title for car. That was also the biggest run around !! I bought a car I couldn’t drive because I didn’t have title the temp tags expired the inspection expired! Just a nightmare to deal with. buying a car then not being able to drive it legally. After they received money for car I can’t drive cause the can’t get title!!!

This dealer has great luxury cars but the price plus the «marketing fees» are way too high.
A dealer is not supposed to charge customers for marketing fees. Marketing is a way to invest in a business to bring customers not to charge them and scared them away.
The salesman are very nice and helps you out the most but I am giving three stars due to the prices and fees.

Total scam.
Has prices online, only to be told of silly fees when you go there. JOKE OF A PLACE.
Told for a car posted at 17,900 that price didn’t include the following.
«$ 1,295 Is our Whole Sale fee that we collect, It’s our profit
$ 995 Cover’s the expenses of having the vehicle here»

Where do I start? On May 19, I visited this dealership to see a 6 speed VW CC R Line but by the time I arrived, it was gone. No problem, I looked at another R Line but it was automatic. The representative showed me a couple other cars, a beat up M3 which was overpriced for the condition and mileage and some other junk. The representatives name was Sean who introduced me to his manager — I think his name was Omar. He gave me this whole spiel about if I left a $ 500 deposit, he would find the vehicle I wanted by Friday which was the 22. I had time restraints because I was moving to Florida the following week. On the 21, I found a vehicle I wanted and decided to move forward. I called Killer Carz II the same day I purchased so they could process the refund. They stated it would take 5 business days but the refund has been processed. On May 30, I called again to find out why my $ 500 was not deposited and the representative indicated their accountant comes in at the end of the month to process all their necessary refunds and that I should see it on my next billing statement. Sure enough, I receive my statement and no refund was processed. I call these clowns on June 8 to see what was going on yet again. This time I was speaking to Omar who explained that their accountant would be in later in the day and that he would call me to process the refund. I asked if I could get an approximate time to expect a call but Omar couldn’t give me one. Well. Guess what? No call. I called today (June 10) and spoke with someone else who said their accountant would be in tomorrow and that he would process the refund and that I would also get a text message confirming the refund has been processed. At this point, I had enough of the run around. This is suppose to be a professional business and it’s anything but professional. They’re lousy people who dress cheap with too much cologne. I ended up calling my bank to file a dispute. I trusted a business to follow up accordingly as a potential customer and now they’re withholding hard earned money. I should have realized this independent dealership was a joke by just the name of the business. Terrible.

I want to say these guys are the best when it comes to helping out customers, even if you have low credit score they will work with the lenders until they put you in a car. It was so good of them. I get anxiety dealing with any kind of salesperson but I have learned that they are straight up and if you have any questions or concerns about a car’s condition they will walk you through your concern and/​or have their mechanic check and fix the car. I find that amazing, even when you don’t purchase extended warranty they still put the customer above the dollar Xand that’s terrific.
UPDATE: I was so mislead about this car and the guy who handles finance actually said to me: «we got it cheap on a trade in». wow. However, I do know that any used car is a gamble and you really must take the car to a reputable mechanic and pay a little something for them to inspect it before you sign on the dotted line. I have had major suspension problems since I wrote the above review, and now I have had the car a year and it is still having problems. I spent a lot of money replacing struts, axles, wheel bearings, calipers, etc. Transmission and oil were black and had to be drained and replaced, But like I said, a used car is a gamble, especially one with high mileage like this one had.

My friends have proven they are all about the customer. No used car is problem free. But they have come to my aid more than once. I love these guys and when I am ready for another car, I will go straight to them. Awesome sports cars out there… really nice features and the best customer service.

I have recently purchased a pre-​owned sports car from the above dealer. They failed to issue the title and registration for three months. Car was purchased on July 22^nd and Registration and title was recovered on September 23^rd.
Dealer used the money for three months and never paid the lien they had on the car until I threatened to report them to NJ MVS
Made unauthorized charges on my credit cards on July 24^th after the purchase.
Issued me a settlement check and stopped the payment few hours later.
In addition, they collected registration fee, taxes upfront. However, failed to deliver the plates and title. I had to go to DMV myself and paid the fee and taxes again.
I am taking them to court and complaints are being filed.
The dealer has sent me unethical racist text which I have in possession and I am in a process of filing legal complaint.
