I recently purchased a new video game and was disappointed to learn after trying to return the game after only 3 days that they didn’t take new games. If I was properly told about this policy I would have most certainly bought the pre-owned game instead of having a costly $ 50 «lesson learned.» Also Mat at the front counter was almost humorous about my situation which angered me because he was the one who sold me new game! Terrible customer service, DON’T buy new games they will not give you anything for it if you don’t like it even after 3 days in mint condition. Better off taking your business somewhere else where they respect you and inform you about their policies.

Dakota and David were not so kind when I asked them to explain the policies and procedures of trading in games. Sometimes people assume that a policy is a rule that needs no explanation but if one requests more information then politely that information should be given or they should be directed to the correct source for the answer. I was very disappointed in the customer service from Dakota and David.

«Welcome to GameStop, how are you today?» is the greeting you get every single time you walk through the door. The employees there are always helpful, courteous, friendly, and happy. We’ve never had one single bad experience at this location. Nick, the manager, was actually first person to ever greet us the first time we walked through that door and all his employees follow his lead. One of the best GameStop locations I have ever been to.
