Went in for a simple military style haircut and the woman did the worse job I’ve even seem on my head. When I told her about it and she started arguing with me in front of 4 other customers and 2 employees. I ended up having to go to another place to her my hair cut properly. Sad thing when I asked for the managers info they said they didn’t have a manager. Shockingly the lady cutting My hair asked if I wanted a hot towel the lady next to her said we don’t have any.

I love this location! I get great haircuts here regularly. I should have reviewed it a long time ago and my one bad experience made me come here today. I’m an easy customor and get a buzz cut all around. Usually they take at least some time to go over it a few times to make sure it’s an even length. Not today. I was pretty surprised when I was man handled and buzzed in about 3 minutes. My hair looked even from the chair but when I showered at home I realized that there were portions of my hair that had hardly been cut. I looked ridiculous and had to ask a friend to finish buzzing my head. Not worth the $ 25 for the 3 minute hack job I received

Been here twice so far. Both times I was seen quickly and the hair cut was good. Granted only a few inches off straight hair, but it was even. Good place for a simple cut(don’t know about more fancy stuff).

Very good experience. I have been to many locations and sometimes the service is «spotty»… However, this was super easy… I was in and out with no issues and for $ 20 including tip. That’s a deal!

I just took my daughter for a trim. I figured I’d take her to Super Cuts because it was only a trim and I didn’t want to spend a lot of money. When we were cashing out, the total came to $ 30! When I questioned the amount, the girl explained that blow drying is a «timed service» and that the amount of time it took to dry my daughters hair added to the cost of the trim totaled $ 30. Never again. That’s CRAZY! They really should have explained that up front. I never would have had them dry my 12-year-olds hair if I had known it was going to cost that much.

I went to this Supercuts years ago when I had very long hair to just get a trim(straight across. .. not an intricate or layered cut) and they didn’t get that right. I left with hair cut across at an incline and had to go back to get it fixed. So, needless to say, I didn’t choose to go back. Here we are years later, and I have a 4 yr old son. I figured the staff had probably turned over and that I would give it another shot with his haircut. I normally cut it at home myself. I have no professional training and foolishly assumed that anything had to be better than what I did at home. We walked in and as stated in the other reviews, it was not busy. There was one other woman getting a blow-dry by a female stylist. We were greeted promptly and our info was put into the computer. My son was seated right away. I can’t say that the stylist we had was rude, but he was hardly personable. We didn’t get a smile out of him the whole time. It was apparent from the start that he did not like to cut small kids’ hair. He asked what I wanted done — clippers or scissors. I wanted it cut with scissors, trim the bangs, shape the sides and the back. Shorter in the back than in the front. Pretty straightforward. My son did not want to be there and needed reminders to sit still and not squirm, but he was not off the wall. The stylist spent a total of 8 minutes on his hair(and I think I’m being generous with that estimate). He did not even touch the back of his head except to do a straight cut across the bottom. I needed to stop him from taking off the cape and ask him to shape the hair on the back of the head. He never trimmed around the ears at all. My sons hair looked worse leaving than when we walked in. So, after spending $ 14 plus a tip, we went home. I couldn’t stand looking at the hair the way it was so I ended up cleaning up an inferior job at home myself. I felt rushed out of the chair by the stylist and didn’t want to ask him to cut any more when he so obviously had no interest in doing a good job. I could understand if the place was hopping, but it was a ghost town. Bottom line: You get what you pay for. I wouldn’t recommend this place!

Supercuts from my experience has the«chain» thing down to a T. You get a similar product and a similar service in each and every location you go to. I came in with no appointment to a completely dead store so I got served right away. I explained the cut I wanted, and the barber did her job while she made obligatory small talk. My final cut is alright… I kind of wanted to change it, but a person with an appointment walked in and if I had lingered longer there was no extra barbers to help her. That was my good deed for the day, so I hardly blame this store for that. It is what it is. Granted you’ll like some barbers better than others, but Supercuts overall will pretty much deliver you exactly what you expect time and again.

Finally, a good experience at a chain hair salon with one of my kids… yay! Called to see if we needed an appointment and got a friendly person on the phone who said we could put our name on a list, not an appointment, but helpful nonetheless. We got there at the time we said we would be there and got right in, granted there wasn’t anyone in the salon waiting, but very nice to be able to get right in. The woman that cut my(6 year old) daughter’s hair was great. She took the time to talk with me about what we wanted done to her hair and did just that. Salon was very clean and neat. Excellent experience all around… we will be back!
