Horrible facility. Southlake closed and they say«legally» if they have another gym within ten miles that they don’t need to provide refunds. Ten miles in North Dallas can take a long time. Saw this workout facility first hand and it would NOT be worth a two minute drive. Add up the customer service and gym… there are MANY better options. Here’s a workout tip… RUN as fast as you can somewhere else!

Not good. Helped my daughter exit her membership. It took six months of re-cancelling while incurring bank fees and double charges because every cancellation notice turned into some excuse for additional billing. I hope this third attempt to be final is really final. My advice… avoid this place.

My husband and I have been going to this gym approximately 5 times a week for a month now. Previously we had a membership at a Planet Fitness in the northeast and after moving down to Texas had to find somewhere new. This place is conveniently located about 5 minutes from our house and has been pretty positive. They have free classes(with your membership) that I have not yet tried but intend to in the future. They have child care, massages and personal training for extra costs. Mostly we use the machines for cardio and weights The staff is friendly and the equipment in clean. We took their free introductory personal training session but were not made to feel bad when we decided we couldn’t afford the individual training to continue. Their lockers are in the main workout room and they do not have shower facilities. This isn’t an issue for us because we tend to change at home and shower at home afterward. If you prefer showering AT the gym you can pay only $ 10 more to also use the Southlake facililty which has them. Small but not lacking in anything you might need for your average workout! I’d recommend the place to friends.

I almost didn’t join this gym after seeing the first(and only other) review about it. But since I moved to the area recently and needed to find a place to work out I decided to give it a shot. I’ve been a member for a little over a month now and the only downside I’ve found is that the gym does not have a dedicated locker room in the NRH location — just washrooms and lockers out on the workout floor. Not a huge deal, but if you’re looking to work out before work you’ll need to factor in time for a return trip home to shower. The facility is pretty spacious — there’s a classroom, free weight area and room for cardio and cable machines. There’s also a daycare area where you can have your children looked after while you work out and a couple of massage rooms. It’s not the most gigantic gym in the world, but it’s more than large enough and has never felt really crowded while I’ve been there. The staff has been pleasant every time I’ve come in(about 4 – 6 times/week); there are classes that are free to sign up for with your membership as well as personal training sessions available which obviously require a little extra investment. All of the machines are in good repair and the gym itself has always been clean whenever I’ve been there. Overall, it’s a very good gym for the cost of membership and as long as you can get by without the on-site showers definitely worth it for the casual-moderate gym goer.

Don’t join this GYM!!! Horrible hours, extremely pushy trainers! Pushy enough to start arguments! Awful contracts that will charge you even after you cancel your contract!!! This was the worst drain of money ever. Oh, and it’s a very very very tiny little gym.
