I am a huge believer in fixing things versus throwing them away. I’ve used Dan for years and he has been nothing but straightforward and honest. In fact, he recently convinced me that it would be uneconomical to fix my dishwasher versus replacing it. He had already ordered the parts, but still gave me a refund. It doesn’t get much more honest than that. This outfit is one of the good ones.

2 strikes so far…
Yesterday had scheduled a tech to come between 2−5p…Even with that window, Dan didn’t show up until 6:30, while we were eating dinner. Yes, he was nice enough and apologized, but when you give a time, you should honor it. Especially since it wasn’t an exact time, but a 3 hour window.
Second, he did not record the model or serial # of our machine — we had to be bothered while I’m at work, and my wife is recovering from surgery, to hunt down information we have no clue where it is. Very frustrating and unprofessional. Yes, everyone is nice and apologetic (which is why i gave 2 stars and not 1), but these are very basic issues that should not be taking place.
