Wow!!! This place is a joke! The sales lady showing the wigs told us the wig is 100 dollar more then it is marked! So it’s not 69.99 it’s a 169.99… Then after trying the wig on and we found out the real price and decided we didn’t won’t to pay the the price! So as we are leaving she tells us it’s 5.99 to try the wig on! Wow! Nothing but poor business practice. Will never recommend this place to anyone… Run run run far far away before you get ripped off! I wish negative stars was a option because they don’t deserve any!

This place is terrible. They make up prices and they charge you $ 10 to try a wig on. Came for a simple Halloween costume, and it was the biggest mistake of my life. Paid $ 10 to try on a wig. They didn’t say one thing about paying to try on a wig. Also, the price for the wig is $ 69 and she was trying to sell it to me for $ 169. Once again, this was just for a Halloween costume and I told her that when I walked in. Awful place…

WORST BUSINESS PRACTICE SEEN TO DATE!

I came here on ⁵⁄₉ looking for pre-​twisted hair. After looking for 5 minutes she said the come back tomorrow during business hours and she could find what I needed (fair enough-​it was about 5 min after closing). So when I arrive today (⁵⁄₁₀) she is doing a sew in (on a friend or relative) and tells me that her daughter is coming in 10 min and she will then look for it (she actually told me that she didn’t bother looking because I wasn’t there when she opened and she figured that I wouldn’t come back).15 MINUTES LATER I had to send my hubby and kiddos to the nearby grocery store for snacks and a bathroom break. They had enough time to go to the grocery store, use the restroom, walk up and down the aisles, get snacks and then go back to the car, and she STILL HAD NOT LOCATED THE STOCK THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. She showed me one pack of what I was looking for but then said that she couldn’t find the box that the rest of the hair was. She offered to order it for me. I declined (after all, I saw what I wanted online and was trying to avoid the wait time. I left. While outside, hubby asked me if I got what I wanted and I gave him a curt NO! This lady actually came outside the shop to tell me that «I don’t need to have an attitude like that» and «I should be grateful»…grateful for what? That your shop is so full of expired and ill kept product that you can’t even find something that a customer wanted? She acted as though this was a act of goodwill, like she would have given the product to me for free should she actually find it. I was beyond livid that not only was my time wasted, but that she was so disrespectful and indignant. After reading the other review, I might have been better off not buying anything (thanks to the disorderliness of this «businesswoman» (and I use that word VERY LOOSELY)
Bottom line: If you don’t like someone and don’t know how to tell them, send them here. I’m sure they’ll get the message.
