Consistent in the fact that they’re amazingly slow, every time. Expect 25+ minute wait for drive thru. Today I saw 10 cars in the drive thru, so I decided going inside would certainly be quicker. Luckily there was only 1 person in line inside. I ordered and stepped aside to wait. I then proceeded to watch drink after drink get picked up by other people, including about 8 people who ordered AFTER me. Clearly they’d lost and/or forgotten my order. I stepped up to ask an employee about it, was ignored at first, then several moments later she came back to ask what I had ordered. Then I watched 2 more people get their drinks before I FINALLY received mine. Absolutely ridiculous.

I was told by a staff member at this location that Pumpkin Spice Latte is out for the rest of the years at all locations in the area. Bull! I went to a different location tonight and it wasn’t out. Apparently, she lied.

Dirtiest Starbucks I have ever seen. NEVER I REPEAT NEVER look behind the sales counter at the floor or back counters. Everything, including the walls and workers, is covered with splatters of milk, coffee grounds, paper trash etc. And the funny thing is there are usually 5 people working there at all times. I have worked at Starbucks before during rush hour times in the busiest location in the city I lived and even then we cleaned up after ourselves. And if you walk in, never expect to have anyone say anything other than «What do you want?» Absolutely filthy place with no customer service skills.
I now go to Quick Trip for coffee because it is clean, less expensive, the coffee quality is the same, and I at least receive a Hi!
And never go into any Starbucks expecting to have a choice for a quick gourmet coffee any more. All they serve is the Pike Place crap but you can wait ten minutes for a «pour over».

Pretty good starbucks, just a pain to get in & out of with the normal Rufe Snow constant traffic around this location. I met a friend here and The staff is really nice and gave me a couple options of drinks, for some reason coffee based drinks gives me migraines so I’m a bit limited to what I can get, without over paying for a hot chocolate. (Though they make a damn good hot chocolate!)

Friendly staff and drinks are always on point. Sometimes we get an overly hyper cashier, and it always boosts our energy haha. Either that or the coffee… hmmm

Love this location!
The staff is great and super friendly.
We stopped at another Starbucks this morning and the coffee was awful! I got a skinny vanilla latte and it tasted like they forgot the espresso.
Then we stopped at this location and they were super nice and remade the order.
Great stop in the morning!

Try the tomato mozzarella Panini, yummy good!
Starbucks is Starbucks but some don’t have warm food because no ovens which is no good because I am totally hook on the tomato mozzarella panini, it is small and does not have much in it and normally thats very bad to me but for some reason I am totally addicted to them (for a snack). Not a good choice If you are really hungry.

Slowest drive thru in the west. Drinks taste the same as other sbux but always staffed too thin for the demand. Always new staff who can’t seem to understand «vente zen tea».

Typical Starbuck’s, nice wait-staff, good coffee, pastries, etc. I met a client for a business deal here, and it seemed to be overly populated with guys hanging out using the internet, nursing a coffee… realize it’s free internet, but it borders on getting creepy when you have 3 – 4 bottom feeders in pajama pants hanging out… makes me want to find a different location…

I have a free birthday drink to redeem and was told by the cashier that I had to have it on a registered card, on mobile app, or they could scan my phone. That was fine, but once I downloaded the app my card was not registered. I tried to bypass the mobile app by paying with my gift card that was received on Christmas. I was told by the cashier that the gift card had already been redeemed or was expired! A barista then prompted to tell me that I could not use my electronic cigarette in the store. I explained to him that there was no smoke, tobacco, lighter, or any means of secondhand smoke. He rudely responded with, «Well it LOOKS like smoke. So don’t do it in here.» I proceeded to ask him if he could smell it as I exhaled vapor into his area. Vapor isn’t hurting anyone, including myself-the user. I ended up getting my drink for free, but I will never go back to this establishment because of how I was treated on my birthday!

OK, it’s a Starbucks… You know (exactly) what you are going to get. This time of year I like the eggnog latte. This is a convenient location if you are getting ready to jump on the parking lot known as Loop 820, so be sure to get a vente.
