Dunkin’ Donuts

Went there this morning for coffee for my girlfriend. Waited 10min in the drive thru. When I got to the window the girl asked me what flavor coffee it was again. I told her and she handed me one and said that was it. My girlfriend tried it and it was the wrong flavor. There were only 2 people working at 10am? Sorry to say we will not be going back to this one again. They have done the same thing multiple times.

This is my go to place for coffee in the morning, Their drive thru service is consistently friendly and efficient when I stop there in the morning. They seem to hang on to employees longer than average. That makes this place a pretty safe bet for a before work coffee stop.
I do wish their speaker worked a little better. It’s a good idea to pay attention when they repeat your order back to you over the loudspeaker. Sometimes things get lost in transmission.
Overall the quality of the food is pretty good. I’ve had the occasional problem with hash browns being cold, but I don’t find that to be a deal breaker. I’ve never had an order with missing items, or flat out wrong.
Most importantly, they’ve never messed up my coffee. :)
