Every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00pm is a fantastic Boot Camp class taught by Jen. It will kick your butt in a good way! Jen is very friendly, motivating and far from an annoying aerobics instructor. She makes sure to combine strength training with cardio in 1 hour, always mixing things up from class to class. We have used jump ropes, weights, exercise balls, resistance bands and even a bosu. When you think you’ve gotten the most our of this workout she’ll turn it up at the end of the class with a killer«Power Butt» session that is sure to give you some sweet buns!
